Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. The only downside didn’t let us use the facilities before check-in time so we had to wait around for a few hours. After that, the rest of the stay was fantastic.

The overall booking process was hassle free, right from booking the flight to the hotel. Loved the over all experience. Have reduced a star only because of lack of variety in the mm t and banking partner offers.

I stay for 4 days in ibis, it’s a good experience having good facilities like good rooms, cafeteria is also good, gym, summing pool , cleaning department is also good came on time with proper cleaning and changed all used things daily and good hospitality and service specially thanks to hospitality Thanks to omvir Singh and Sunil kumar

Giving 1 star as no option to love formward without star.Wrost hotel with wrost customer service. Staff is so unprofessional. We booked a hotel for 5 nights and they advised us price is Rs5460 total and we paid Rs1000 at the time of booking and asked them remaining balance of Rs4460 we can pay while check in. Today when we arrived for checkin it was me myself and my my mother in law with me. As we arrived we asked for check in they asked us to pay the balance which I paid straightaway and asked the guy that our balance is nil now and he told me this Rs5460 is just for one night after arguing they said Ruchi Madam spoke to you she might didn't explained you clearly. And after travelling for 7 hours from ludhiana they didn't accepted their own bill given to us and we had to move to different property now.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-kept, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our visit was perfect. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and i would highly recommend it to anyone seeking excellent service and a comfortable stay.
