The location of the hotel was perfect for me since the place I was attending was down the block from the hotel. Service and cleanliness was also perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay to park in their parking garage even though you was staying at their hotel. It was the first time that I had to do that.

The stay was great. We went for the Nicki Minaj concert and stayed one night. It was very easy to check in and out and all the people working the desk were very helpful and made us feel right at home.

I didn't stay at the hotel at all last night Friday April 5th, 2024 and will never reserved or stay there ever again, I was deny a room, because I was almost charged twice which should be illegal, had enough on my card for my room but then was told I need another $100 for a deposit which I felt should being added to the whole total with room rate, declined on two of my cards that enough to cover the deposit, and was trying to charge me the room rate plus deposit at once all together instead of doing it separately.kept denied me even though I had enough for the night, worst hotel experience I ever been though and I won't let you know that period and I will not be back straight false advertisement and the company and hotel industry should be ashamed of themselves robbing hard working people on a night on the town.

The hotel is at a very convenient location to downtown areas. However, if you are driving the hotel parking is at a cost, not the best and almost always full.

Beds and bedding were inadequate and too small for me and not sufficient and I'm an average sized guy. Had to turn up heat since bedding was not very warm - but the A/C / heat unit was old and worked, but climate control was dicey (no thermostat so I didn't know how to set it - went from too cold to too hot). Workout room doubled as a sauna - very hot and no climate control which made my morning treadmill run a sweaty exercise. Facility is a little dated, but otherwise not bad and breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant enough and it was right by the train station which was convenient for me.

nice stay overall. bathroom tight toilet right next to the toilet paper roll had to lean on them to use the toilet. breakfast was average at best.

The check-in was a little off due to a miss spelling of the registration name. Parking sensor was hard as we had to get so close to it for it to work. But, otherwise all was fine and good. Thanks
