Layanan yang sangat baik dari pihak pengurusan Ciputra Hotel, pada mulanya kami tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan awal iaitu connecting and twin kerana musim perayaan Aidilfitri yang tinggi, namun pihak pengurusan Ciputra memberikan kami pujian yang merupakan win win solution dan kami amat menghargai dan berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan. Kami sentiasa mengunjungi hotel ini, kemudahan yang disediakan sangat mengagumkan, dari lokasi yang strategik di Jakarta, kedudukan yang berdekatan dengan pusat membeli-belah yang sangat digemari oleh kanak-kanak, kolam renang yang besar, selamat untuk kanak-kanak, dan sejuk pada waktu petang, dan kebanyakannya harga mampu milik.

hari pertama sy dapet kamar buruk banget, trus sy minta pindah, untung nya petugas nya fast respond, stelah sy pindah kamar sy merasa sedikit lebih nyaman... utk harga sgitu ya wajar lah... handuk bersih banget, cuman kadang blom ready, mesti minta gitu

Cukup nyaman Kolamrrnang serasa private Banyak makanan di sekitar Harus bawel2 cari ac yg dingin Jgn ragu buat komplain So far so good lah Murah jg kadang2

Staff cleaning standard is very low,I complaint swimming pool is dirty, afterwards they phone me swimming was cleaned. But the pool still same, may be they only take out the floating tree leaf.Water is pastel green not transparent blue and the platform cover by dirty stain.Breakfast only suitable for S.E.A customer which is very less choice.Facilities is old especially in toilet and bathroom.Toilet door is not fully closed after used the smell full of the room .The ventilation is not enough strong.Only the location is good for eating ,which beer bar is nearby.I suggest only stay 1-2 night is better

Breakfast is good and worth it. I like the location because it's a straight line to downtown Jakarta. Chinatown nearby. Needs to upgrade their water kettles. One of the best stays in Jakarta.

I had a great experience at the hotel, Big and compy room, beautiful views. The hotel have a nice gym and pool which is great for relaxing. The breakfast is very good with local and western dishes, good taste and quality. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Thanks

Stayed here 4 nights and the room was spacious and clean. The services provided by their staff members were superb. My in laws were old and forgot to attend their breakfast which was paid for in advance and I explain this to their staff members and they replace room service dinner as replacement for the missed breakfast. This demonstrates the staff members compassionate and friendly attitudes which they upheld at the highest standards to provide great customer services to their guests. I had an enjoyable overall experience staying at the Harris Suites hotel and I Thank you for your kind services from all of your staff members! I will definitely be back to stay here again in the near future. See you soon!

Generally very good hotel. Couple minor issues are air con is not cold enough in the room. Room is nice and big with great views from 16th floor. Pool is quite small but fine , very noisy though as main road outside it . Breakfast I enjoyed but juice bit watered down. Laundry was expensive. I think you can get 5 star for few euros more.
