Room was claustrophobic, shower no glass door or curtain so like " wet toilet all slippery and dangerous, towels need upgrade , they are grayish old

Quality: Good enough for a staycation. Location: Amazing. Price: Great (450rb/night when I booked) Breakfast: Simple. Good enough.

The hotel is near to few malls, the staff were so kind and they had my luggage stored for few days free👍🏻

Walking distance to Mal Taman Anggrek, very convenient. Warm and helpful staff ; breakfast is simple but acceptable. The towers are too old , already grey in color and strange smell

The rooms are on the 11th and 12th floors. There is a bar on the second floor, which is quite noisy at midnight. The windows of the non-smoking rooms cannot be opened. There is a strong damp smell in the room. The restaurant is on the second floor. The service attitude is very good. There are not many types of dishes. The sanitation is very timely. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The room facilities are relatively old. It is a bit inconvenient to not have a hair dryer. You can borrow it at the front desk, but the wind is very weak. It takes half an hour to dry the shoulder-length hair. It is a bit inconvenient for girls...
