The hotel is absolutely fantastic, everything about it is lovely, and the breakfast is superb. I highly recommend it. It's also close to the airport.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Just booked 2 rooms (in 1 booking number) and requested rooms on the same floor because there were parents and children, but for some reason the staff deliberately did not fulfill the request and gave us floors far apart. The quality of the elevator is very poor (long waiting time and doors that always pinch people). The location of the hotel is very disappointing and almost all the staff are unprofessional and rude! This will be my last visit to this hotel!!

Facilities are decent, but the breakfast is pretty much the same every day with not much variety. Cleanliness can be an issue at times. The environment isn't ideal as I was woken up at night. Service is okay, but sometimes lacks attention to detail. Overall, it's just a run-of-the-mill review.

Soundproofing is not good. We could hear sound from outside and we have a toddler with us. Even at 8pm the sound is still loud, and our toddler have difficulty sleeping. The solution that was given to us was to give us ear plugs. Us as adult we can use the ear plugs but for our toddler we don’t think that it is appropriate. There is almost nothing around the hotel as well. Even going nearby restaurants will require to take a car and with the jam, it is really time consuming even if it is a few minutes ride.

The room was clean and the facilities were good. However, when the room was cleaned, a few small things were missed... like the soap not being refilled and the towels not being replaced. But other than that, it was very good. I will stay here again next time.

RThis stay was such a delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes away from the airport, big shopping malls, and the lively PIK area. The room was spotless and cozy, with a perfectly working, cool AC. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean, making the whole experience feel refreshing and comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay that I’d happily recommend!

The hotel amenities are quite comprehensive, and the room was very clean with a great view, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a restaurant and a bar. The only downside is the slightly inconvenient location, as you'll need to take a vehicle to get around.

I stayed here for more than 20 days in total. This is a good hotel. The breakfast and dinner is good. I suggest to stay here.
