A nice hotel, i really love this place and also thr buffet is good

It's old,The toilet in my room keeps running.There is no hair dryer in the room.Does this building have KTV?Very noisySleep on the bed and feel the bed shaking.

It's a hotel with convenient airport shuttle. The breakfast is splendid. Room is however quite old.

Hotel staffs are friendly, check in and check out very fast, location is good.

Wonderful hotel with a nice lobby. Facilities were top notch too with great service provided. Definitely reccomend anyone who wish to have a good stay over to try this hotel !

For the location because it is close to my house, I stayed because the house was flooded, for the cleanliness please check again, the floor is not clean enough, the table, and the wardrobe for putting clothes, if the bed is okay clean comfortable, pillows and blankets are okay, for the bathroom I happened to be 2 days but different rooms every night with the same type, different for cleanliness and type of room some look old school from the items, some are minimalist, for the service some staff don't smile or are not welcoming but not bad, not rude, still okay, but if they were friendlier it would be more comfortable, for food there are more quite good for snack stalls, for heavy food it's just average, the elevator is okay clean, the lobby is not bright enough, with the glass when you want to enter the hotel it's not nice to be dazzled when you want to enter, I understand for the service maybe because it's flooded the lower part of the hotel basement is also flooded, maybe they are tired and the staff who want to come to work may also have It's hard to come to work, yes, hopefully it will be more crowded for Royal Palm, and several things will be improved, thank you for helping us to be able to rest peacefully from the flood🙏🙏
