The room is spacious and clean, good enough for simple traveller with great location. Will recommend to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay.

Poor customer service , the staffs are very impolite but the manager is so professional. I will never come back here again. Paid for breakfast but they didn’t give me breakfast and boldly tell me the food is finished . Bath towels and bathroom dirty and stinky. Terrible experience.

Staffs were helpful. Location was great near to Grogol bus station. The room was very neat. Definitely staying here again if I got a business around Grogol

The room is spacious; however, the bathroom amenities need improvement, as they did not have a shower cap when I requested one. The water in room 609 also had an unpleasant smell, and the towels and linens were very grey in color. As part of the Ascott Group, Fox Lite Grogol should improve the cleanliness of their linens. That said, the service was excellent—fast response, hospitable staff, and quick check-in and check-out processes.

Everything was great except grey-ish bedcover and towels. Management should consider upgrading their towels and covera. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is very strategic. Room was clean. Amenities were very good, as expected from the hotel star. Parking was a bit of a challange, but still ok. Definitely good value for money.
