Fantastic hotel on the 8th floor of a massive building! Positives: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. Drinking water available on corridor is great. Negatives: The Aircon was dated. The TV was a traditional TV without access to YouTube or netflix.

For the first time it is not easy to find the place. We must ask manytimes. But it was a nice place, clean and friendly staffs. We were satisfy with the clean bathroom and we like the shower. Only we think the AC did not work properly. But over all we like it

Pros : -Staff nya ramah & gercep -Ac kamar dingin -Di lorong kamar banyak tersedia dispenser -Amenities cukup lengkap -Di lobby disediakan welcome snack & drink Cons : -Posisi hotel agak ribet krn harus naik parkiran lt 8 -Spreinya boleh diganti krn sudah berbulu -Tiba2 di kamar mandi ada kecoa kecil masuk ke gelas

Firstly you need to find the “express” lift which is near happy mart on GF1. I only found it on the last day and had been using the factory lift which was very slow. Room was fantastic for the price. Clean room with comfy big bed soft pillows and strong hot shower. Great location if you are visiting Chinatown, which had plenty of food. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place and good location. Transportation are convenient. Near OLD chinatown, Pancoran. A lot of good stuffs and variety of foods.

The hotel was difficult to find until I came to the trip reviews section and read other peoples experiences. It's not very well signed so was problematic. Upon finding it though I was pleasently surprised. Room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately the TV did not work but I wasn't there much anyway, there was a nice few from rooftop garden as seen my pics

The room is comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful however after several times move from one room to another room it seems like the problem still there. A lot of baby roaches inside the bathroom 🥹

Water jug for drinking water is dirty and had yellow dirty stain The room area not clear from outsiders, some outsiders knocking in the room and cause ruckus

Simple chain hotel with strategic location. What i dont know is the hotel is on 7th floor. You need to drive up to 7th floor to reach hotel lobby. Anyway, everything is good. Aircond is not that cold. Booked 4 night for only 77 US dollar with bank vouchers. What a steal. Thank you trip.com

The hotel is super well located, and the staff is quite friendly. But there were cockroaches everywhere (breakfast food included) and when a neighbour was being super loud late at night the staff was not super reactive.

The Hotel was a bit old , should have indicated Rooms were inwards or outwards , hence we consumers will know what we had book . Nevertheless Hotel had place Smoking rooms to all with decent views but non smoking room facing inwards … doesn’t make sense . Definitely I won’t recommend or get back there again
