Friendly helpful staff, a window that opened in the building I was in , clean quiet room with a good bed ,ensuring a good night's sleep. Excellent cooked to order breakfast.

Great stay for 2 nights ,friendly staff on reception,the room was clean and tidy .upon request I had an ironing board and iron brought to the room .Breakfast was immense . Overall a great value and convenient stay . Would stay again if in the area .

A nice clean hotel with a very comfortable bed. Telephone signal is non existent in the hotel and attached pub. WiFi satisfactory.

Good hotel but closing the bar at 10pm when you've got 20 thirsty golfers a massive no no.Good selection of drinks at a very reasonable price. Lots of space in the car park but could do with electric chargers

We have stayed several times over the years when visiting friends and family as it is perfectly located between Southport and Ormskirk. The hotel rooms are quiet, clean and well maintained. On this visit we had breakfast once in the Beefeater and whilst the food was nice the place is ready for a refurb as it is tatty around the edges. No complaints about the hotel though.

Recently stayed at Premier Inn Ormskirk, one of the nicer premier inns I've stayed at, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, Wendy on reception really made me feel welcome. Room was lovely and clean and the free biscuits on the desk were a nice touch.

Booked for two nights in the Premier Inn in Ormskirk as me and a girlfriend were visiting her grandparents. We were given a lovely room in the annex. It was spotless and very comfortable. The lady at reception was very professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!!

We stayed in the annex building. Room's were lovely and clean, All the staff were lovely, especially Janet on reception. We ate at the Morris Dancers Beefeater, meal was good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends

A one night stay with friends as we were visiting the local area. Arrived at 2:40 pm and could have done with access to the rooms, but felt it was a rip-off to pay £50 (£10 each for the five rooms we had booked) for 20 mins early access. This early access charge was clearly stated at the time of booking (so no complaints on that front). However, it would have been nice if the staff had been authorised to exercise a little discretion on this fee. Also, the free WiFi is very limited and the telephone signal almost non-existent. We could have upgraded to the premium WiFi package for a fee, but this is 2024 not 1999. 😂
