Great location near southern cross station. Shree at the reception was more than helpful offering me a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit as I was carrying a large bicycle box with me . Also offered to assist me in taking my luggage to my unit. Spotless clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a washer dryer which came handy as my water bottle had leaked into my suitcase 😂 Highly recommend !

The guest washroom is quite big but the shower cubicle inside the washroom is too small and the balcony of the master bedroom has been separated into halves with the second halves shared by the adjacent unit

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, the apar**ent was clean with big soft and comfy bed. It is also close to the tram station. Everything about the apar**ent was good. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Melbourne again.

The bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. The shower had a large shower head with great water pressure & instantly hot which was appreciated after being out in the cold. The apar**ent was fully self contained so we could cook and wash as we pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful.
