The hotel can use some maintenance upgrades. Has the benefit of an airport shuttle which was nice. But I did notice a few things that can use attention. The staff is always nice here; After all, with 80 degree weather in early January, there's not much to complain about in the dead of winter. The gardens are not much to admire. restaurants and entertainment in the city. In fact, one can safely walk to this place or take the shuttle from the hotel.

The best I can say about is the location is great, all the other staff are not bad

This is a plain hotel with no amenities that happens to be in downtown West Palm Beach. The price they charge is in no way justifiable other than location. The rooms are an architectural nightmare. The foot end of the king bed is within one foot of the wall so one person has to squeeze by to get in the bed. The closet access is 1/2 blocked by the vanity. The toilet/shower door is so huge and swings inward so that you can barely close it while in the room. The vanity and toilet/shower are basically in the bedroom. There is no way one person can use the vanity or toilet/shower without waking up other person in the room. On the positive side, there were several maintenance issues in our room and they were repaired the same day they were reported.

We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was good enough, parking expensive 35 $ valet

Hotel praticamente novo, quarto super amplo e confortável. Bem equipado com frigobar, microondas e cafeteira. Banheiro super agradável e limpo. Tudo muito aconchegante, confortável. Ficamos hospedados por três noites. O hotel é bem localizado, de fácil acesso, próximo ao aeroporto de West Palm Beach e uns 10 minutos de carro da praia. Tem estacionamento, piscina e uma lojinha com snaks, água... Funcionários bem simpáticos e educados, equipe bem atenciosa. Super recomendamos!
