Seven Havens Residence

Wow, what a great find. This accommodation is the highest point in town. Views are amazing. The staff are wonderful, a big mention to Nani, Ujee and Amil! We were lucky enough to stay in the Ocen view room. 360 degree view right next a a beautiful infinity pool. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

We stayed from 31st to 5th August and had the Heavenly Havens 2 storey apartment. We arranged for Sam their driver to pick us up from airport. What a great guy and later took us out for the day to waterfalls and rafting. He is excellent. We were greeted by the excellent Ejee, Amir and Cordelia for a welcome drink. Your breath is immediately taken away by the view. The apartment was all we needed and the view was awesome as you laid on your bed. The staff and food are excellent and they cook it to order. It’s about 15 min walk to beach but they offer a shuttle. We felt very at home here and staff were so nice and nothing too much trouble.

Stunning view on top of the hill, from the best penthouse appartment you can ask for. From the top suite have almost 360 degree dream view, hills, mountains, beaches, rice fields, can hear waves morning. The huge 2 floor appartment top design, free net flix, biggest bathroom ever almost 8 m rise celling top to bottom. Nice huge sun beds, big comfy bed. Best staff and manager ever, great personal service, nice food. Promise by heart be back soon as can

For starters, the view here was one of the best in Bali. Furthermore the staff treated us very well, offering to help in any way they could and always making sure we were taken care of. During sunset we were joined by the company of a very friendly troop of monkeys while we enjoyed the view from the pool. Highly recommend a visit if you are thinking of travelling to Lombok!

I don't think I've ever had to write such a negative review, but whichever way I looked at it, our experience was terrible. We had booked Seven Havens over three months in advance to celebrate my birthday with our children. When we arrived, we were stunned to see that the place was under construction! There were literally construction workers all over the place, looking through our windows as they walked by, hammering and drilling. The pool and pool deck was filthy. There was garbage littered around the property and a fire burning rubbish and plastic nearby with smoke entering our rooms. We had to make alternative bookings in extremis and spent the next three hours looking for another place to stay. It was such an awful way to start our trip. I don't know if this place is still being advertised as available, but be warned that construction will not be finished by at least April 2024. I certainly will never return.

Finding dates for family traveling is difficult since the five of us were busy with our tight schedules. Gratefully, the owner of Seven Haven was patient and found the perfect dates for us after rescheduling a few times. We came with super awe once arriving at the entrance, immediately looking at the freshwater of the swimming pool and beautiful beach from far up the hill. Priceless! We stayed at the Heavenly Haven two-level room, with three extra beds for the kids downstairs. When we were up to the main bedroom, we looked at the view with second awe as it was a dramatic view of the serenity of the sea. We were happy with the warm and friendly hospitality of the staff; contacting them through WA was satisfying with a fast response. The family breakfast and dinner were delightful; we enjoyed the Lombok coffee, fresh tropical fruits, fresh juices, and both pancake and fried rice (not to forget, the fried crispy duck!) The dinner was memorable as the staff put extra effort into decorating the ambiance for the birthday of three of our family members (we love the balloons and flowers!). They came with a lovely birthday cake, as well. It's a delightful intimate family dinner. Talking about the sunrise and sunset, that was another awe! We couldn't get our eyes off the panoramic view. For three nights staying, our souls were showered with so much blessing of tranquility, especially with the adzan of Islamic prayer five times a day, giving a more peaceful feeling to our mind. Thank you, Seven Haven, for the daily dose we enjoyed so much. We will surely come back!
