Ulasan Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - West Valley City

I will never stay at Crystal Inn again. Booked a King room, and even confirmed with the hotel by phone early in the day. Arrived to be told my king room was given away and we got a 2 queen. Room was in noisy location on first floor. Dusty. Breakfast next day was supposed to be until 9, plates and food were being packed up at 8:40. Next day breakfast was interrupted at 8 by vacumming and cleaning up, no one could have conversations. Used the laundry, dryer didn't dry! Avoid at all costs ! I was told by the receptionist a room booked with Trip.com just guarantees you a room, not the room type you chose ! ALWAYS book directly with hotel chain sites!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I like the hotel very much. Looking forward to next stay.
