We could not regulate the temperature in the room. Too hot, the u ite wasn't working well. Mirror had a huge crack in it. Tile was cracked and the ironing board was missing. Room 221. Adjoining room door right next to head of bed and very loud in next room. Just observations. Didn't take the time to complain. Wish the hot tub jets worked but good temp. Good breakfast.

We did not have hot water for everyone to shower both days.
The heat ran nonstop and was very loud.
The lighting in the room was poor.
There was no common space for our group to be together.
There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel.
We did get a discount on our stay but the girls that checked us in and out maybe said 10 words to us total.

The room and hotel itself are beautiful, id say at least above average. Check out day was a nigh**are though. No hot water seemingly in the whole hotel (all the other guests we talked to that day had similiar complaints). And they deactivated everyones room keys 2 hours before check out (again, heard this from everyone else we talked to there) . Its a shame..really ruined what was otherwise a nice experience at this hotel.

Room was ridiculous for price. There was dry wall inside the heater. The only lighting in the Beth room was a mirror… it also looked like the room was missing a couch or something. Will not be coming back again or using comfort suites for that matter.

Here for work with room upgraded. Room huge and like new clean. Bed and pillows super comfy!! BF was the usuals but sufficient. Pool and hot tub available which I didn’t use. Gas stations close, Jimmy John’s, Applebees, and others a mile away. Safe area

The facility is beautifully redecorated and my room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast bar is delicious. I absolutely love the jacuzzi and pool! I was disappointed in the nonexistant business center and no laundry facilities. The staff are very kind and considerate.

We had a great stay the night before we flew out of CWA to Orlando. We were impressed with the stay at this price. This is now a Comfort Inn and they have the standard Comfort Inn breakfast which includes waffles, eggs, potatoes and sausage. Room was spotless. Evening shift at front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The front desk workers were all very pleasant. The suite was very clean with a very nice bed and great pillows. The hotel was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. This was an excellent stay.
