Every time I come to the Cobham Hilton, I feel spoiled. The staff throughout the hotel are exemplary. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar to the staff who prepare the rooms, everyone is genuinely happy and very helpful. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable every time I’m here.

Hi, First of all thank you sameen from evening shift who did our smooth check-in and also Rehman from night shift who really helped us.. it was my friends birthday and I wanted cake and sameen really helped me and guided and we are really thankful to her and her excellent customer service. About Rehman, at night we needed many things like fan issues and others, and he really solved it all... I am really thankful and grateful for both of this staff... They really deserve a raise... I hope all staffs are doing same... Thank you once again...

3/21/23 This email is to compliment your staff, specifically, Kim at the front desk, Libby the bar tender and Andrew your head chef. We were unexpected guests at your property on Monday, 3/13/2023. We got stuck at Heathrow Airport because of weather. We had been on the go for more than 20+ hours while traveling from Santorini Greece back home to Boston USA via London. We were very hungry. There was nothing open at Heathrow to grab any food and we were not going to sleep in the airport. We began our search for a nearby hotel that was a brand name we knew, had good reviews and most importantly had 24-hour room service. It was after 10pm when we arrived at the Shepperton hotel. Sadly we learned upon arrival that the kitchen had closed at 10pm and that the hotel does not have 24-hours room service. (This is something that should be updated on your website.) However, there was a solution for us waiting in the wings. Unbeknownst to us Andrew was in the bar area and heard me sharing with Libby our story of exhaustion, frustration, and disappointment that we could not get any dinner. Andrew jumped into action, came over to me, was polite, kind and caring and said, “you have to eat.” He went into his kitchen team and asked that they cook us cheeseburgers and French fries. Libby provided us with a couple glasses of wine on the house and Kim at the front desk shared with us her personal mobile phone charger. You see, we had no luggage when we got to your hotel, so we did not have our converters for our US pronged Apple iPhones. The above and beyond service that Kim, Libby and Andrew provided was a game changer. This trio of employees exceeded our expectations and ensured they took care of our nutritional needs, comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Very nice location - only about 15 mins to Heathrow Terminal 5. Well appointed rooms with generally quality facilities. Breakfast, however, was rather basic and there wasn’t a wide selection compared to Marriott, their next door neighbour. The website also does not give accurate information and I was only told that the swimming pool was permanently closed.

It was a good hotel with all the amenities in the hotel. The size of the rooms are pretty small but okay for an individual. best part about the hotel was the location, it is very close to Airport ( you can just hop on the london bus ).

It was lovely, clean room, nice breakfast but no intercom to call the reception. I enjoyed my stay. The pool was amazing

Hi all at the crown hotel I would just like to thank you all for the fantastic meal we all had yesterday ( 15th July) outstanding & organised service from your team which made a large group dining experience a real pleasure . the food was excellent , hot and served promptly and everyone enjoy their meal. the bar and restaurant team were polite and friendly , and a special thank you to Millie who wasn't there but provided prompt replies to emails and kept us up to date . Overall a very enjoyable lunch experience and we would definitely recommend the Crown to others . Thank you all again

A great place to stay, not far to travel to legoland Windsor and Windsor castle. Also a range of Asian food places and supermarket and newsagent shop just down the road from holiday inn on chavley road. Daily cleaning and beds made, clean towels given. Great deal with dining experience, adult pays and kids meals free for age up to 12. Free popcorn, lemonade juice and free activity packs for kids including board games. Excellent Wi-Fi connection no issue. AC in good working order, kettle provided for on the go food like noodles, pasta, tea/coffee. Iron with ironing board provided came in handy. Also hair dryer provided.

As expected by the brand, the faculties were upscale and modern. The room was comfortable and mostly clean (coffee stain on the carpet). It was quiet (superior queen) at end of hallway, facing toward interior courtyard. Did not eat breakfast. However, the staff was condescendingly friendly throughout the stay, except for one person at the very end (after we had checked out). Also, finding the hotel was a nightmare. Even with GPS we missed the entrance three times (once we ended up on the M4 and it took us 24 minutes to return). When mentioned to the staff, we were told -with a smile- that no one had ever had problems finding the place (except for us, apparently). The big problem is lack of signage to find parallel access road (see photo of alleyway parallel to main road; we missed that entrance several times) Underground parking (15£ per day) was mostly convenient, but access door to hotel smelled of urine. Lastly: I booked an executive room and was DOWNGRADED by the hotel. Then I was told -with a smile- that Trip.com had sent them a wrong reservation request/voucher; i was told to see with them (ie. MY problem, not theirs).
