Overall good but a bit pricey and a bit noisy( Seagulls, pigeons). Expected a sea view as described on the website but it wasn't delivered!.
Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Hello, thank you for your lovely review, we are sorry to hear that you found the room noisy with the birds, although as you must appreciate we cannot control outside noise. The room that you had booked was a double room en-suite loft room therefore there was no sea view. We hope to welcome you again soon. Kind regards, Grace and the Alexandra team

It is a nice hotel with a spectacular view of the beach. Facilities are quite simple but acceptable. Car park space is limited and needs to be booked in advance, otherwise you need to go for the public car park nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful.

After extremely liking the service and room upon first visit we decided to book a second time one week later on passing through for another nights rest. Still the staff remained wonderful and the price, room , quallity and  nIce amenities remained incredible for a last minute booking!

A nice clean and tidy hotel. A parking permit was provided for parking the car near the beach which is super convenient. It is a bit easier to find a parking space at night. You also can borrow the beach toys from the hotel. I would say it is a lovely place for a family to stay.
Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Dear Jerome,Thank you for your lovely review, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We hope to welcome you again soon. Kind regards, Jade and the Alexandra Team
