The hotel is rather old; their water boilers broke, hence, there was out of hot water for more than an hour around 9pm at night. It was not very pleasant after a day of skiing without a hot bath before bed.

Nice hotel. A bit further away from the village but the unit was clean and tidy. Parking is a bit pricy at 25 plus tax a night

The shuttle buses come every half an hour. So if you miss it, you must wait another half hour. When you are in rush, it is irritating. Consider if it’s okay with you when you book this hotel.

Great value for what we paid, one of the hot tub was under maintenance during the stay so it gets quite busy. Shuttle service was pretty good, but for those who's also on the go may find it inconvenient as it only run once every 30 mins.

Overall, it was good, but a few staff members had a very poor attitude. When we simply asked for an extra blanket, they became impatient and even gave us dirty looks. I've already informed the front desk, and I hope this won't happen again.

The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The service is also quite prompt and responsive upon request. The fireplace was a huge bonus during the winter. The hotel is a bit removed from Whistler Centre, so you'll need to take the shuttle, which runs approximately every 30 minutes. The shuttle schedule, however, wasn't always reliable.

The bottom double bunk was so low you couldn't even sit upright; it was even lower than a traditional sleeper train bunk. It was extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sofa bed was completely sagged. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

What a great place!! Ski in and out at the best! Hotel lacks luxury and sophistication but has a lot of charm and practicality. The fact that you can walk with your ski boots from you bedroom is a plus! Rooms have all the things you need to cook and have a great time. Excellent value for money. Pool is quite hot and the hot tubs are super warm. Gym is too basic and the fact there is no bar is a minus. Would come back for sure

They are awesome! Hot choco was amazing after skiing. and also, they offer me showers and hot tub after check-out. I didn't use it but that was nice offer.

This is a TRUE ski-in and ski-out hotel with excellent location by the side of a major ski run. The hotel facilities are obviously out of date. However, relatively clean everywhere. Honestly we were pleasantly surprised during our stay at this hotel about the cleanness of this hotel considering it is a very old facility.

The sofa bed is not comfortable at all.
