Right in the heart of Whistler village, perfect

The lights in both single beds were not working, and despite my repeated calls to the technician for two consecutive days, nobody came to fix them. Throughout my five-night stay, the room was only vacuumed twice, despite the fact that there was hair scattered around, particularly in the toilets. Additionally, there were visible marks on the floor from spills caused by children. The person responsible for cleaning used dishwashing detergent in the dishwasher, resulting in an excessive amount of foam overflowing from the machine and creating bubbles leaks in the kitchen floor.

Very nice hotel, good service and amazing location if you want to ski or snowboard

The location was good and the room was bright and clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning in the room and the bathroom ventilation fan were loud and uncomfortable.

The room is small, the bed is small, there is no service! The air conditioner is loud and too noisy!

The room is very warm, with light-colored interiors and a strong festive atmosphere around it.

Various facilities are relatively complete, and the staff's service attitude is very good. It's a bit of a walk, but the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient.
