Hotel Terbaik di Whistler dengan Spa

located next to the gandola / ski lift. We had a one bedroom suit with two Queen bed. I only found this hotel that has two queen bed, where I can comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids if need. kitchen was well equipped. The only problem was we had unstable WIFI connection.

訂的時候想著五星酒店，而且之前入住的評價也讚賞多。所以決定揀它，作為慶祝我們的記念日的二日一日遊。值得稱讚的是服務態度非常好，彌補其他的不足之處。開門入酒店房間，當然係周圍參觀下，有淋浴，有浴缸，有衣帽間，有露台··都算寬敞舒適。酒店設施有健身室，球室，泳池⋯還有免費2小時單車租用。 不過，五星級酒店，想像不到，房間的水煲壺嘴好多毛毛麈類的，可能入住的人從來不用，服務員也就不理，去到泳池，本來不大的泳池，有三分一池𥚃面全部樹枝樹葉，完全無意欲落水，只好到有按摩功能的細水池浸下水，細看，水噴著所以唔落水坐低平面才見到水面浮著好多樹葉，真係冇语。 不會再選擇入住。

酒店設施還不錯 但是非常不好的體驗 check in 浪費了四十分鐘時間 沒有一句抱歉 沒有補償

Hotel room was good and spacious for opening of luggages. The stay there was quiet. It would be good if free parking could be provided at the hotel. The room could also have more table top space to allow people to put their things there.

Really enjoyed staying here while snowboarding at whistler Blackcomb. The mountain lifts and lift ticket booth is right outside the hotel. Hotel service was also very nice, and the room exactly as we wanted it. We didn’t get to use the hot tub/ sauna but looked enticing too! I loved how convenient the place was to the rest of whistler village, would come back again!

Jauh dari bar dan restoran, agak sunyi. Bayaran letak kereta adalah 34, yang agak mahal, tetapi tanah di sana sangat mahal dan dapat difahami. Tempahan diperlukan untuk kolam renang, gimnasium, dan bahkan taman wilayah. Saya harap negara dapat mengikutinya, agar tidak memasukkan semua orang ke dalam periuk bubur dan bertanggungjawab kepada semua orang.

The Sundial was a great surprise. The rooms were beautiful, large and clean. The hotel is in the village so we walked everywhere. So convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful We went on the gondola and saw four black bears and one grizzly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.

Great location but generally disappointing hotel. As is typical in Whistler, this hotel is very overpriced and tired. The rooms have clearly not be renovated in decades. The fact that the hotel's website lists a Spa Tub as one of the amenities is really a joke; to access the hot tub you have to walk through the kitchen of the restaurant and then all you find is a sad, small, gross bathtub inside a small room. For a ski resort hotel, especially one this expensive, this hot tub situation is pathetic. The room was lame as well; the heating/cooling system by the window was very old and difficult to control temperature comfort. Same goes with the shower; the temperature and pressure control was loose on the wall and wavered between way too hot and too cold. Staff were not very friendly in comparison to other hotels in Whistler I have stayed at. And the fact that the Ketel One Vodka Ice Room is accessed from the lobby of the hotel is quite awkward when you come home or leave. The bed was comfortable, though, and as I wrote the location is very good. Time for a very major renovation. I do not recommend this hotel unless options to be close to the central village are very limited.

Terrible customer service. We are leaving early for the airport today, so we asked to pay the bill last night. A lot of confusion by Reception occurred before we got the final details …( we only had 3 extra items on our bill as well as the room- so, not a complicated calculation ) we then went back to our room to transfer money onto our travel money card to pay for our bill. My husband went down to Reception to pay- (a new person on Reception) paid the bill - Staff member asked if it was Debit /credit card - my husband said several times Debit card. Bill paid he returned to the room. A telephone call from Reception, to say he (Staff Member) had used the wrong machine to pay and could we come back to Reception to pay our bill. On checking our account the money had been taken out of our account plus extra !! The staff member made a mistake which meant our debit card was overdrawn, with extra USD$ being used to pay for this extra 24$ plus a fee!!! We were certainly not going to pay out an extra $2000+ bill! We went to Reception to sort it- tel calls made to head of Reception - no answer. I asked for the details of the Hotel Manager to which the Staff member ever said there wasn’t a Hotel Manager ?!!!! I knew they wouldn’t be available but wanted the name & number . He was very unhelpful- eventually he told me there was a Manager!! I rang his number (it is late by this time, so knew I’d be only leaving a message) only to be told that this person had not set up an answering service… really? A manager of 2 Pan Pacific hotels in Whistler… The staff member gave me the number of the head of Reception- I left a message on her answering machine to contact us - outlining our issues. We are still waiting to hear back….. This hotel is expensive- that we don’t mind if we are having a nice time, but we haven’t slept all night with the worry of this & us needing to leave early. Including taxes the room has cost 660$ a night. This very stressful incident has spoilt a special occasion trip for us - we are leaving for the airport very upset at the way in which we have been treated. Paying your bill should be the easiest thing in the world- it should come as no surprise to the hotel, as everyone has to do it! Staff training is obviously an issue that needs sorting - you speak to a different person every time- we still have had no reply from the Head of Reception, absolutely shocking.
