Hotel Wicklow dengan Sarapan

Have just spent two night at the Woodenbridge Hotel.. this could be 5 star had it not been for the extremely loud singing of guests in the bar.. this went on well after 1:30am. There had been a singer on who finished promptly at 11pm.. however then the group of drinkers started.. sang Dublin in the rare old times so much the whole Hotel knows it now and Molly Malone fed up hearing her name. It’s an hotel and the music or enjoyment is expected, to maybe midnight on a routine Monday night. But no the customers continued to be served and very loud singing went on well after 1:30am. There are even notices around the hotel to be quiet after 11pm.. no notice taken of these. The hotel did apologise and reach out to us to offer a quieter room next time.. next time may never come. As I said the review should be so much better, room really nice and food and portion size excellent. Rory in the Resturant area serving was excellent, great with the chat and very helpful. Woodenbridge, you need to exert some control in your larger groups (golfers etc), this was a very poor experience for any sleep.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location, perfect for chilling out and relaxing. The breakfast was great and the drinks were fantastic. My only criticism would be that there is no casual dining option (burger, sandwiches, etc). I’ll definitely be back.

Lovey stay in the B&B! We booked the cottage (not sure the exact term but the Double Room with garden view, outside the actual rooms of the house) and it was lovely! Very quiet, peaceful and the room was plenty warm in September, but also has a radiator/heater. Little fridge if needed but it’s lovely to have access to a shared ‘bar’ as well. Lovely breakfast in the morning and perfect for two people.

We loved our room: there was nothing missing. And the landscape in which the B&B is located. The owner were extraordinary friendly and politely. He has got a big old tractor exhibition and she likes to take care for her guests. The breakfast was very deliciously and a lot of offers for cerealies and beverages.

Looked around for a bit of value for a Saturday overnight within an Hour and a half from Dublin. Murphys came up as one of the best for value. Arrived around 3pm, check in was quick and easy, only one staff member on duty between the bar and check in but she managed fine. Rooms where clean bed was comfy and the water in the shower was hot. Had a couple of drinks in the bar before dinner, Prices where cheaper than most locals in Dublin so no complaints there. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Quiet little village and perfect for a value for money relaxing short break.
