Bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. She arranged for a very early wake up call which was appreciated.
Room furniture was worn. Hair dryer in bathroom was missing. Front desk clerk got us another one.
Overall the room met our news, we had an early air flight and needed a place near airport.

Property was nice. I do believe renovations are occurring. The indoor pool was closed, a little disappointed. Wished the bathroom outlets worked.
Overall my stay was good.

I was at this property on December 29 2023 and they had known hot water issues (no hot water) and at reserveration or check in this information was not given. The next morning when my daughter and I tried to take showers is when we found out. Go to front desk and they tell me it has been a know hot water issue for over a week and at check in they should have told me and gave me a number to call and the manager name. They are refusing to refusing to compensate or refund for the inconvenience. ******* has done nothing to help and they also gave no notification of this known issue at this property.

First and foremost.....I should have read the reviews. Please need the warnings that this hotel is in disrepair. We decided to leave a day early due to the conditions of the property but were denied a refund for the last night due to it being after checkout time. That didn't matter in the long run, we were ready to go. I've tried to attach some photos of the condition of our room however the photo upload button will not work on here. Our hot water barely worked....the thermostat was in the first part of the room so it didn't adequately gauge the temperature for the second part. The windows had been replaced at some point and had a large crack in the top part which let in all parking lot sound and cold air. There are diffusers and air fresheners all over the hotel. Mold and dust around air vents. And to top it all off our door didn't lock at all. Please choose a different place.

We stayed at this hotel specifically for the amenities of having an indoor pool and hot tub only to arrive and find out after check in that the hotels pool and hot tub were CLOSED. This was not updated anywhere online or even told to us at check in. If I would have known this information, I would have stayed somewhere else.
