Hotel Winchester dengan Sarapan

Lovely hotel and spa . Only let down was the car park attached to hotel only has one way in , no exit very very dangerous there was four of us grid locked inside it. Lucky we were all good drivers and managed to exit . There is a public one outside , but hotel car park is very limited and dangerous hardly any room inside , weird old shape and reverse driving more than forward . Hotel are cash less and there attitude was.... ah na , sorry cashless system . Shop up road. that's all they could offer don't give a dam how you park. Also took 160 deposit and will return sometime after. At later date. That was the real letdown reception staff.. .. not my problem attitude was poor. While the people that did get in hotel carpark was lucky to pay at reception off there deposit. Such poor service for such a lovely hotel. Apart from that the rest good.

The staff were all first class, polite, well trained and helpful. A total change to other hotels we have tried in the City. Hugely recommended if you like to be cared for and looked after brilliantly.

Pretty basic no frills hotel but quiet and clean with a good comfortable bed and well equipped shower room. Rooms are a good size. Easy to find. Good parking. Polite and helpful staff.

Amazing. I love this place so much. It's not a far walk from the train station so when I got in late at night it was quick to walk to. The bed was so comfortable. I don't know if I was just jetlagged or what because once I hit that mattress and those pillows, I instantly fell asleep. I was just so cozy. It felt like I was staying in a friend's home. The staff was so wonderful. I felt bad, I was just this clueless American hot off the plane and didn't know what was going on. They were so patient, kind, and accommodating. I loved chatting with them. The pub downstairs was an experience to behold. This is a pub I would hang out at. I wish I could have stayed longer so that I COULD hang out at the pub more. The breakfast that was included was delicious. I can't speak any better words as to how wonderful my stay at the Westgate was. I just wished I took more pictures of it!

This hotel is quite simple, u need to ask for basic goods like tooth brush, towel etc, we booked for 2 nights but my daughter is strongly requesting to move after 1 night

The hotel is well located in the centre of town however parking and access by car was a big problem; we had to park a mile away. Our room (and those of other travellers) wasn't ready on arrival. The room was in the main building; the bed was comfortable and the room had usual amenities. The shower was a little dated. We used the bar which was comfortable although overly busy due to two large parties booked in for events that evening. The bartender, Micky, coped really well with the large number of customers from the events. Breakfast included a good choice of hot and cold options and service was good. We felt the hotel tariff was over-priced even allowing that we visited for the Christmas market in December.

Located just off the A34 roundabout, but within 10 - 15 leisurely walk of the city centre, the location was ideal. Also near a Tesco garage. We had a room overlooking the road into the city but it was quiet in the room. It would have been good to have been able to open a window though. A lot of car parking spaces (£7 per night), but one night we returned about 11pm and struggled to park as quite a few people had parked really badly/selfishly taking up two spaces. Understandable if the vehicle is a big van but not if a small car. Our check was delayed as room was not ready but the receptionist handled the situation really well and we were not at all annoyed because of this. Room comfortable. Plenty of hot water for the bath / shower.
