There is no bottled water in the room. The window of the room cannot be opened without a key. There is no reception. There is a surcharge of 35 pounds for non-check-out before eleven o 'clock.

入住是電子入住，不太方便，攜程上也沒提前説明，用名字去查交涉了一下倒也辦了入住。就是感覺給的是臨時的房間，説好的瓶裝水也沒有，關鍵是沒空調，也沒紗窗，窗户打開就進蟲子，6月份還是很熱，睡得不好。有微波爐，但是叉子銹了。位置還行，在Windermere和bowness之間，比較安靜

3人間房間很好，雖然是閣樓，但是佈置很好，在床上晚上不下雨的話都可以看星星（有櫥窗）。 2個寫字枱很大，辦公寫作業很方便； 最絕的是：門口對着湖，風景超美

自助式的入住，房間設施齊全，可以使用小廚房區域。窗外風景不錯，很安靜的體驗。沒有早餐略有遺憾，吧枱的茶葉咖啡很齊全。

對房間非常滿意👍超級喜歡閣樓式頂層。頭頂有小窗，白天有陽光撒下來，下雨天看玻璃窗上淅淅瀝瀝。超級喜歡衞生間、大、乾淨、簡潔而舒適！房間設施齊全，功能分隔。不過沒有固定服務人員，完全自助的公寓。有需要去門口找值班的lady，人很好👍

酒店精心設計佈置 很漂亮 設施很新住着很舒服 房間都比倫敦的大，兩房型可住4人性價比很高 無早餐，有微波爐，可就近超市買了回去微波爐加熱

定這家的特色一室房一定要避免頂層閣樓房，不然踩雷沒商量

We just returned from our first staycation of the year, celebrating our engagement in the scenic Lake District. The Kotel Apartments in Bowness were absolutely stunning, from the stylish decor and interior design to the enchanting gardens. The car park had a couple of EV charging points that were always available and easy to use. We had verified with the hotel beforehand that the apartment was wheelchair accessible, and it was confirmed. There was a stunning wet room and ample space to move around the apartment. The only challenge was the entry points, which we were not informed of prior to our arrival. Despite the age and listed features of the building, I was prepared to bum shuffle over a couple of steps and overlook the barrier. Ramp access to the private gardens was available at the back, but there were still a couple of steps from the apartment itself. Although I was able to negotiate them, I recognise that not everyone could. To make it accessible for all, I think portable ramps would be ideal!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Great communication. Clean, boutique king size bedroom. If I were to be picky, I’d say the bed wasn’t too comfortable but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel and for the price we paid for one night was fantastic.

Such a lovely place to stay and in a wonderful location

Very nice room in an impressive building. Ample car parking onsite and free on street parking nearby. Comfortable bed and nice view overlooking garden. Towel radiator was very hot and took a bit of effort to turn off as the en-suite was boiling! Full fridge provided along with a microwave and toaster, however if you eat or drink in your room there's only 1 chair. Ideal accommodation for a one or two night stay.
