Hotel dengan Bar di Windhoek

We stayed for 1 night at the start of our Namibia adventure - 2 rooms, 2 couples. The hotel was chosen based on our friends having HH points and my husband & I having used Hilton for business many times. Our expectation was good quality, functional, not 5 star at a fair price. The hotel achieved that. The room was huge, clean and more than we required. Roof top pool, not used, but looked nice. Roof top bar fine & not priced at a premium. We ate out but breakfast was good. No additional charge for drinks? Useful also to be able to park our hire car here. All i would say is that I preferred previously staying in a couple of B&B’s at the start / end of a holiday, as the corporate nature of a Hilton loses some charm when on holiday. However, absolutely no complaints, clean, safe, friendly & central.

Well located hotel on the main street of windhoek where supposedly it is the busiest with stores, fastfood, restaurants, ”malls”, banks. the hotel's cafe service was quite slow though.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have absolutely loved it. Best features are: The hotel is located on top of a hill permitting great views of the hills, the city below and the fantastic sunset. Attention to detail given by the management is commendable; rooms and premises are meticulously clean and in good working condition. Staff are polite, friendly and they aim to please. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Dinner, sundowner snacks & drinks menus are comprehensive. We stayed two nights here and the very nice manager gave us a late checkout because our flight was in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Very spacious room and good rate. Value for money. Nespresso coffee machine is a nice touch. Good bed, bedding and TV is working well. Efficient bar fridge. Nice little patio outside with small table and chairs to have a beer and overlooking the swimming pool. Restaurant staff are friendly. They could however pay more attention to serving customers more regular but it's really not a big issue at all. I was served cold beer, great wine and delicious food. I can recommend the game loin!! Safe undercover parking. Golf course fairways are not in a great state but it's because it hasn't rained enough and they can't use water otherwise for irrigation which is commendable.

Overall we had three nights at Safari Court. Our first night in Windhoek and the last two nights before departing from the country. For the last two nights we stayed in the suite which was very nice. For the first night we stayed in a very comfortable room as well, but suite in the end was much a highlight. It's a well maintained hotel, although the building is not new. On both stays, our rooms were kept super clean and sleeping quality was great. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with many delicious choices, especially the hot food. We tried the restaurant and the bar of the hotel on our first night and left with very good impressions. Prices for dinner are very reasonable as well as those of the drinks at the bar. As August is considered ”winter” and it was chilly, we didn't spend any time at the swimming pool though the area is lovely and if it was hot we would definitely spend a few hours there! You need at least a night at Windhoek for your holidays so this hotel is a very good option! Tip: If you need to wash your car after going around Namibia's gravel roads, there is a very good and professional Car Wash place - ”Eros Airport Carwash” very close to the hotel! Good prices and dedicated staff.

Hotel standards very disappointing. We stayed here for 3nights and simply could not wait to leave. The hotel reception lady we found at check in was very unpleasant and simply did not know anything from room rates to asking us to come back after an hour or two and you can just imagine that we had been driving for two whole days to get to windhoek only to find such incompetency at a very well established hotel which we had once stayed in back in 2018 and the service then was just fine. Long story short, we got interleading rooms to accommodate our family (3 children and two adults). Upon check in, the wrong room had been made up and wrong keys given to us (no surprise there as the front lady staff we found was just in another world) and the rooms were not properly cleaned. Beds made but the cleaning standards close to zero! The restaurant staff very friendly and professional especially Justina, chef also excellent but in dining service very pathetic in that it took ages for food to arrive even despite the assurance that it would arrive within 30mins on all days. Another long story short, this hotel has a sewer stench in many places on the property. Outside, inside and this was very odd! Finally, how do you have one side of hotel fully operational and where guests are sleeping, it's totally deserted with a security guard being the only person to provide service and a note at reception saying ”call this number if you need service!” I was very disappointed with our stay and we have had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. Very disappointing for such a high standard hotel. Goodness. Please re-train them front office staff esp the lady we found upon check in and let staff be professional to all guests whether white or black. We definitely felt the nonsense segregation and treatment. Not worth our hard earned cash to waste here at all!

Would recommend the hotel for a quick stay in Windhoek. It’s located near a mall wifi a cinema, restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. It was a great place to stay our first 2 nights in Namibia as we felt secure and had only to cross the road to the excellent Stellenbosch Tasting Room for breakfast and dinner. We were however a little disappointed by the service provided by reception. Our restaurant table was not booked as requested. Our room pass key was set for one night, not two, so we could not gain access without going to reception when we received a message left by our tour operator. (I doubt we would have received the message if we hadn't dropped in.) We booked a taxi from the hotel into town, which was very good. I notified the receptionist that we had walked back, but we were still charged for two trips. So the Windhoek Luxury Suites are hughly recommended for comfort, security and convenience. But perhaps double check the details and book your own restaurant reservation.
