Sadly there were mysterious stains on our pillows, the shower head was dirty and the carpet had a smelly odour. The location was perfect as we only stopped at the hotel to go to the football match. Sadly, the hotel did not arrange to have their car park gritted and it was incredibly icy. My partner slipped and twisted her ankle and due to the ice, I was unable to move my car from the car park to take her to hospital for over an hour after it happened.

Came early asked regarding bag drop off, response was we don't have that facility. Asked can I check in early - yes but not till 1pm. We arrived at 11:30. We had to find somewhere else and pay to drop our bags off. Funny enough a premier inn, the whole hotel was grubby and dirty. Room was very average, only 1 coat hanger, broken bits around the room, sat on the bed and I could feel the bottom of the bed! Shower head was broken and didn't really work, screws showing on door handle. I would advise you stay somewhere else

I went there today start for Wolves vs Man City this weekend, I got a room, I got there 2 hours before my booking, I had to wait 2 hours till 3 o’clock unless I paid ten pounds. When I got to my room I found a stain on my bed I didn’t know what it was, blood etc other than that the room was clean but I could the bathroom clean but the wallpaper worn out.

Dirty towels when I arrive and plus they lock me and my boyfriend out of my hotel room he had to go down stairs and get a new key that is just a key a pain in the ass and had bad experience as well people shouting in the streets at midnight and the toilet doesn’t even flush either bad experience I wouldn’t stay here again no way and they didn’t even service breakfast either I’m very disappointed in this hotel and I couldn’t sleep because of the bed as well it’s kept on making noise lots of people hang around and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and i kept itchy as well on the bed not good services

It was okay. Good location, stadium nearby, Asda , train station under a mile walk, bus station too and a shopping centre nearby

Stay at this hotel about 5/6 times a year. It is basic but also clean. It has a 24 hr bar and served pub grub too. I support wolves and the stadium is more or less across the road. The city centre is only a short walk away. The rooms are basic with no frills but bedding is always clean as are the rooms.

Carpet was not clean and service not that good. 😒 Check in service was not fair, we had to wait until 1pm even if pay extra money.

The staff were some of the best. Breakfast was adiquate cereal or fried. The accomadation is feeling a little dated. Our Bed had seen its best ,spring were close to the surface of the bed and once in we were afraid to move incase a spring pierced us . Room 116 When you moved it was like a tune from tubular bells. The only mirror for the wife to do her hair the ceiling light didnt work,was reported but nothing can be done due to it being the weekend. Very noisy from outside on the main road traffic you can even hear people in their cars on the phone. Parking was plenty Ideal for walking into town for food and shopping. The wifi didnt work for the 2 days. Ip address could not be found again Reported but again its weekend. Other rooms may be better.

Very run down, Not great placement, outdated place and could be cleaner was mould around window in room and also mould in the shower not a great experience. Beds also need replaced as mattresses are done about 5 years past.

Disappointingly dusty chair bedsheets add floor. As soon as I entered to the room I started coughing. I suggest somebody need to double check the cleaners after they cleaned every room. The picture shows th first room bedsheets full of hairs and dusts. When I complained the receptionist gave moved me to other room at least the bed is much cleaned but still as on the picture shows the floor was muddy and dusty. I am thankfull for the help of the receptionists despite the above issue I hope the will fix it for future.

The hotel was in a convenient location for the event I attended.  The service was not great .  The breakfast was cold and the lack of assistance from the staff was poor.  Within the hotel service items like an iron board and iron was inadequate for the amount of people that stayed in the hotel .

Really helpful staff. Lovely clean community areas & dining section - good breakfast choices. Fabulous room. Parking needs paying for. MUST take a payment card as proof even if prepaid (bit strange but there you go) if I was solo, I had only cash & my phone and couldn't prove any card details so would have been an issue. Outside of that, great nights sleep and recommend.
