A good location, older style hotel with friendly staff, plenty of places to eat around and easy to explore the city. I would book again especially for the price

Slow check in at 14:00, worn down and dirty room. Breakfast is not good at all with old and dry bread, not much to choose from and not enough tables for the guests. Only 1 slow coffeemachine and long que to get a cup.👎 Great location though😉 Short walk to city centre

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect, staff is professional and helpful, room and bathroom are clean what is the most important (yes, little bit oldfashioned but no problem). Went two times at the breakfast, and brekfast is one of the best i had ever in Europe. Definitely recommended.

Just returned from a two night stay here with my grandson. Firstly this is not a top notch luxury hotel, it could be but needs some money spent on it. However if your not going to be spending too much time there and want a base in a top location then this will do. The location could not be better, right on the edge of everything in a quiet street with a convenience store next door. The reception always had someone working and they were pleasant and speedy, there is a lift, we were on the fourth floor so it was needed. The rooms were clean but drab with a shower and a small tv that you could get bbc news on. Breakfast was fine, everything was provided although another coffee machine would be good. As originally stated the hotel does need some money spending on it but then the price would increase so I would give it a thumbs up, value for money in a fantastic location and would recommend.

An old hotel with a touch of shabbiness. Very cleanly. The location is excellent--just five minutes from the Rynek. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and diverse--in itself worth the stay.

Conveniently situated for the old town. Very disappointing stay. Room at hotel was sp**** at best. One bath size towel, no hand towel until last day (complete with holes). No bedside table, sheet too small to be securely tucked in which meant that I woke up lying on the bare matress. Only one teabag (and no coffee) for the whole of the 4 day stay. Shaving light in bathroom not working. All this was sent to ******* in the initial property and check-in feed back. Nothing was done to make amends. I saw no restaurant or bar at the hotel although they were supposed to be available according to the ******* booking page. ******* must take some responsibility for the poor situation as I would expect that all hotels are checked before being put on web page. I will be very unlikely to trust ******* sufficiently to use them in the future.

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

Nothing flash but does the job for a few days breakfast better than expected and in a very central location staff helpful and rooms very basic but adequate would definitely return to this city lovely hidden gem,just a short walk to the square where there are plenty bars and cafes with a lovely Greek restaurant which we visited 2 nights running.

Stayed a few nights at Hotel Lothus. All in all it was adequate for the price paid. The interior and overall vibe feels a bit old fashioned. However, room was clean and spacious and the breakfast offered enough choice. Location wise it’s also perfect. On top of this there is 24/7 reception. All in all a fine stay for a fine price
