Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej dzielnicy,Pokoje schludne i czyste.Sala konsumpcyjna z widokiem na ogród botaniczny daje poczucie spokoju.Śniadanie smaczne z dużym wyborem. Pobyt w hotelu udany,miła i profesjonalna obsługa.Na pewno jeszcze skorzystam z oferty hotelu. Dodatkowo była serwowana monoporcja załączona na zdjęciu .

My wife and I are renting a flat, part of the hotel Jana Pawla 2 since January 2024. We have been complaining that we don't have heating during cold months and no hot water in general!!! only lukewarm. We reported multiple times to the people at the reception of the main hotel as it is the only point of contact. The information was forwarded but none, neither "kierowiczka" nor "Ksiadz Dyrektor" ever responded. (breach of the contact which clearly states to provide heating, hot water and willingness to resolve any issues..) We have contacted the hotel management via email countless times but never had any answer. We pay 4500PLN per month for such way of treating tenants. We did not pay September rent awaiting adequate response to compensate the inconvenience. We received information that "kierowniczka" would respond via email or in person...yet the only feedback we got was a notice to evict the flat !!!! instead of communicating with us. Avoid this place at all costs if you intend to pay high rent and freeze to death. I am laughing by writing that but: They are devils on earth! I never experienced such dishonest people, scammers!

A nuestro juicio, lo mejor si se busca un espacio de tranquilidad y reposo es la ubicación. Emplazado en la isla de las catedrales, dista del centro cerca de 1 km. A nuestra habitación le hacía falta una remodelación y hubiésemos agradecido otro tipo de decoración. Supongo que sus clientes principales serán del ámbito religioso y estarán en la gloria, pero para una clientela más diversa se queda un poquito lejos del paraíso. El desayuno bastante austero.

Bel hotel situato in una zona elegante e molto tranquilla nelle immediate vicinanze di un giardino botanico e di una cattedrale. La camera era pulita e confortevole. 15 min a piedi e si arriva in centro. Molto comodo. Non lo classificherei 4 stelle in quanto in camera mancava: frigobar, cassaforte, aria condizionata (anche se a noi non serviva perchè inverno). Probabilmente dovrebbero curare un pò di più alcuni particolari. In camera vi erano i cavi della tv appoggiati sul pavimento e mancava una tenda oscurante su una delle due ante della finestra. (problema segnalato all'arrivo ma non risolto). Nel complesso lo consiglio.
