Xuegu bingxuezhiyuekezhan

Saya memilih rumah tamu ini secara ringkas apabila saya datang ke Xuegu, dan ia sangat menjimatkan. Saya bimbang tentang persekitaran kerana harga yang murah, tetapi saya berasa sangat yakin selepas tiba. Ia jauh lebih baik daripada yang saya jangkakan. Cadar dan sarung selimut sangat bersih, kang (katil bata yang dipanaskan) mempunyai corak bunga yang besar, dan peralatan tempat tidurnya lembut dan selesa untuk disentuh. Meja kang dan ambang tingkap juga sangat bersih. Kebersihan dilakukan dengan sangat baik, dan saya berasa hangat dan selesa tinggal di sana.

Tuan rumah menjaga kami dengan sangat baik, mengatur segala-galanya dari awal perjalanan. Kemas beg sahaja dan terus bertanya sama ada anda penat melancong, adakah anda sejuk, anda lapar, anda mahu makan apa? Bawa mereka melakukan aktiviti salji, mengambil gambar, mengajar cara membuat baldi Hu Lu, dan jemput mereka minum bir setiap hari.

Great location, close to the main market and stage. All the staff were very attentive! The room temperature was very comfortable. The host was extremely kind—he showed us how to make our own tanghulu and let us try frozen fruit, which was a really fun and unique experience. It was definitely worth staying here. The price was very reasonable, and they provided everything you need, including shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer. The only downside is that towels were not included—only a very small disposable towel was provided.

Before coming here, we were worried about getting to the accommodation and attractions. But the bosses were really helpful and arranged everything for us thoughtfully allowing us to have a worry-free stay. They prepared dongbei style traditional costumes, organised activities like tanghulu making, fireworks and many more. The room was spacious, clean, and had the traditional dongbei atmosphere that we were looking for. The room was well-heated such that we were able to walk around comfortably in thin clothes and wake up well-rested with smiles on our faces. The boss greeted us every morning with a light hearty breakfast and made sure we started our day right! He even brought us to the moutains and made sure we were well taken care of before leaving. Furthermore, he even arranged a photographer to help us take beautiful pictures for memories. The location was also perfect as it close to convenient stores and delicious restaurants. Overall, we loved our stay so much. They were the most welcoming hosts we have met. Highly highly recommended!

I have so much fun staying here & got to experience my first snowfall. As a solo traveler, I was worried on how to get there but thanks to the owner for arrange my transportation from Harbin to Snow Valley

The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍
