Location was good, cloae to many popular street food and market. Hotel room is ok, but can smell cigarette everywhere inside the hotel which turned me off.

I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the hotel, it’s cleaned, modern and especially the night shift receptionist her name is Jia Ying. Since I arrived quite early at 3am and the temperature outside was around 6 degrees, she according me to sofa, give me something to drink, and even brought me a blanket and take a really good care of me until I checked-in. After checked in I have a little problem and call front desk, even the staff cannot speak English very well but they try so hard to communicate and try really hard to help. I very appreciated. Also.Also room is really clean and right here they have robot to help you with delivery food etc. ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมาก อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ไม่ว่าจะหิวดึกแค่ไหน กดสั่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี่ แจ้งพนักงานในแชทได้เลยว่าให้ส่งที่แผนกต้อนรับ น้องหุ่นยนต์จะนำอาหารมาส่งถึงหน้าห้อง ถึงแม้คุณจะพูดภาษาจีนไม่ได้ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาในการพักที่นี่เพราะพนักงานทุกคนพร้อมที่จะดูแลช่วยเหลืออำนวยความสะดวกให้คุณแบบเกิน 100% คุณภาพดีเลิศกว่าราคามาก ใครมาเที่ยวจีนใหม่ไหมเรากลัว หรือมาคนเดียวแบบฉัน แนะนำที่นี่มากค่ะ

The facility and room are clean. Breakfast is nice. But rooms have no refrigerator.

The hotel has lots of things to offer, a very cozy and smart room with basic equipment and needs. They have a delivery robot for take-away. I am also impressed with the free laundry service that they have. The breakfast was so delicious and lots of options. Great stay and I will definitely going back when I am in Wuhan. Lastly, the staff was very nice and they tried to help me out with the special check out time that I asked from them.

The room and food are great in this hotel but they don’t use English language to communicate with guests. Additionally the smoking of cigarette is all around. Location is not too far from Metro station, Remark: Name of this hotel is Joycheng Hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well serviced. They also provided slippers and toothbrushes for the children, as well as a small gift. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Wuhan (Hankou) train and subway station. There is also a large supermarket and a small convenience store nearby. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is convenient.

Slightly farther away from Hankou station than other hotels, but it's brand new and modern and still very walkable from the station. The rooms look just like the photo's and it was nice and quiet.
