This hotel's location, amenities, and services have exceeded my expectations for the price point. I have certainly enjoyed the stay and would strongly recommend it to both business travellers and visitors.

Clean and nice environment, but a bit inconvenient in going around

The most pleasant surprise of this trip was this hotel! As soon as you enter the lobby, the fragrance and music make you relax. The room is spotlessly clean, the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, and you can fall asleep in seconds at night. The front desk service is super considerate and helped plan the surrounding tour routes. I will stay here again next time I come here!

This time, the stay was good, the room was clean and spacious, the location was nice and surrounded by greenery, and there was a large parking lot, which made parking convenient. Because of the help provided by Xiao Wang, I stayed one more night. In short, I was quite satisfied!

The room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities are new and complete. The hotel is located next to the East Lake, which is very convenient for rest after playing. In addition, the surrounding environment of the hotel is very quiet and there is no noise. There is a beautiful cafe in the middle of the hotel area☕️ The service attitude is very good!

Overall, it was good. It was located in an alley in Donghu New Village. The road was a bit congested at night. It took a long time to get a taxi. The guy at the front desk gave me a good room. Good review. The hot water was not hot enough at night. It was only warm even when I filled the hot water tank. I took a shower the next morning before it became hot.

1. Environment: The hotel is relatively new, having only opened in September 2004, so it looks relatively new overall. All directions are far from the road and not noisy. 2. Facilities: The shower in the bathroom is very dirty and has serious scale. There are traces of sand accumulation on the ground. I don’t know if it is because there is too much sand in the water tank on the roof. The design of the sliding door handle in the bathroom is very strange. After pulling it in, it is hidden behind the wall because the door handle is far away from the door frame. There is a glass in the bathroom that is easy to hit, and there is no reminder note. 3. Hygiene: The water in the ironing machine has not been changed for 3 years and is very dirty. See the picture. 4. Service: The service is really poor as other reviews say, and needs to be improved: (1) Takeout is not allowed to be delivered to the door, and there is no food delivery robot. The staff said that they would deliver it when they are free, but once I waited for half an hour and still didn’t deliver it, so I had to go down and get it myself. (2) The front desk was a little impatient when asking a few more questions, and did not explain the direction of the room. They just said: Go up and see it yourself. (3) The cleaning ladies I met in the corridor always had stern faces, as if others owed them millions of dollars. They were not like other hotels who would smile or greet guests. The next day, the cleaning lady did not change my bed sheets and quilt covers. I called the front desk to ask for a change, but the cleaning lady only brought one bed sheet. When she learned that the quilt covers also needed to be changed, she went to get them while cursing. Her attitude was very bad. So in general, the geographical environment is good, the facilities are relatively new, and the service still has a lot of room for improvement.

The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the hot dry noodles are worth tasting, and the taste is also very good. The location is in Donghu, with beautiful scenery, complete surrounding facilities, and convenient travel. The overall experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended, and I will choose here next time!

The breakfast is very rich, and there are authentic hot dry noodles and other delicacies; the 128 yuan set meal on the first floor with three dishes and one soup is simply amazing, and there are also glutinous rice fish, mallard duck, and authentic lotus root soup!

Newly renovated, relatively clean and tidy. The room is big enough. The service at the front desk is also very good. The location is very close to Wuhan University. If you want to visit Wuhan University, this is the best choice, especially during the cherry blossom season. The only drawback is the breakfast. There are so many people. We went downstairs for breakfast around 9:15. Basically, there was nothing left, not even porridge. The only thing to drink was milk. We had to queue up. Maybe there were many people during the Spring Festival. It shouldn't be like this at other times. If you want to have breakfast, I suggest you go downstairs earlier. There is also a small bedside table between the two double beds. There is a plastic thing on the bedside table. I forgot whether it was a menu or some instructions of the hotel. My child fell on it and rubbed his chin directly. It was very deep and bled a lot. This can't be blamed on the hotel. I didn't take good care of it. I suggest that those with children take the plastic thing to the dining table to prevent accidents.

Very good, I decided to stay here again, the breakfast is rich and fresh, the room is comfortable and quiet, the night view is good, the transportation is convenient, you can take a taxi, there are buses, 🈶 I will choose here again if I have the chance

The hotel is right by the East Lake. It is very convenient to go to the park and Wuhan University. However, there is a fence near the East Lake. It seems that the management has not kept up. The East Lake is very big. It is nice to go there when the weather is good.
