Room and Bathroom size is decent. Bed is comfortable. Wifi connection is intermitten. Using VPN is almost nonexistent. The room has low ceiling hence the claustrophobic feeling. Breakfast on the 5/Floor is good. 3 washers and 3 dryers available on 5/Floor with detergent. Staff was helpful. Just one street away from Pedestrian Street

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 3-minute walk from Hankou Road Station on Line 2, and right outside, you'll find a lively pedestrian street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also easy to get to attractions like East Lake, Yellow Crane Tower, and various museums. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is very clean. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it tastes pretty good. Overall, for a hotel in the city center, this one offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The facilities are complete and new, everything is clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and have a great attitude.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. You can easily walk to Hankow Customs House. All in all, it's a very convenient place to stay when visiting Wuhan. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy Service: Warm and attentive Facilities: Good

The location is fantastic, right outside Jianghan Road Metro Station. They even gave me a free room upgrade! The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. They even fold your laundry for you after it's dried in the laundry room. The breakfast selection is also really good. Highly recommend!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, the service was warm and attentive. It's perfectly located on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, right near the subway, which makes getting around a breeze. Shopping and dining are even more convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the coffee is delicious. That's why I chose to stay here again after six months, and I'll definitely pick this hotel for future visits!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and right near Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street with plenty of food options. The room's cleanliness was good too. My room had a small window, I'm not sure if other rooms are the same, but it didn't bother me much, and the soundproofing was also decent. The front desk staff was very friendly; I even borrowed scissors once and experienced their delivery robot. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely choose to stay here!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and even gave snacks to the kids, who absolutely loved it! My children are already insisting we stay here again next time. Any issues were promptly resolved; the management is really on top of things.

The lobby smells lovely with the aromatherapy scent, and the air conditioning is very comfortable and quiet. The shower is excellent and spacious. The room's amenity box includes a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap, and you can also ask the front desk for a razor. It's close to Jianghan Road, and the breakfast is delicious. Overall, quite good!

Can not fault it. Typical Atour. Beds and bedding exceptional. Breakfast spread was good. Location right next to a Metro station excellent.

Facilities: Very new and satisfactory. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Very good. Service: Fantastic! They even gave us complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. Late-night congee: I was too full to try it. Location is absolutely amazing, super close to the subway station. You can go shopping right downstairs. It's not noisy even with the windows open. The bedding is great, and it's excellent value for money during the off-peak season. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Hanjiang Road Pedestrian Street. It's less than 50 meters from Exit C of the Pedestrian Street Station on Metro Line 2, right next to McDonald's. It's very clean, and extremely convenient for dining and shopping. It's also not far from the river. The front desk even gave me a free upgrade to a deluxe twin room!

The location is unbeatable! There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, and it's super close to the subway exit. Plus, there's a pedestrian street right downstairs. I stayed here for both of my days in Wuhan and highly recommend it!!
