🚗 Pengangkutan: Lokasinya sangat baik, menaiki teksi ke Stesen Kereta Api Hankou berharga 11 yuan. Tenang dalam bising, hotel ini sangat besar, lobinya baik dan megah. 🧹Sanitasi: Sangat bersih, layak menjadi hotel lima bintang. Tuala dan jubah mandi adalah standard. 🍃Persekitaran: Sarapan pagi dan hotel sangat bagus, dan bufet sarapan pagi juga enak, dengan pelbagai jenis, sesuai untuk rakan asing dan penduduk tempatan. 🍎Saya menggunakan kad keahlian untuk menebus buah alu-aluan, variasinya sangat baik, dan buahnya sangat segar.

Lokasi hotel ini tenang di tengah-tengah kawasan yang bising, dan ia adalah mudah untuk memanggil kereta; terdapat kemalangan kecil semasa penginapan, dan pengendalian dan kelajuan tindak balas hotel adalah memuaskan; sarapan pagi agak memuaskan dan selaras dengan kedudukan hotel, lain kali saya ke Wuhan, saya akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap

Kali pertama saya tinggal di sini, saya agak kecewa. Bilik yang diberikan kepada saya adalah bilik berbentuk khas, dan ia agak menyedihkan. Bilik jenis ini adalah bilik khas, dan orang yang tinggal di dalamnya boleh memahaminya, tetapi ia dijual tanpa membezakan. Saya rasa ia memberi saya 4 mata untuk perkhidmatan itu. Tinggi: Idea ini bukan untuk sombong. Sarapan pagi adalah sederhana, tidak digalakkan untuk bersarapan, terdapat sedikit hidangan panas, batang doh goreng keras, dan mee lembu adalah sederhana.

Saya tinggal di bilik eksekutif hotel untuk kali pertama, dan saya berasa cukup baik, dengan beberapa orang di kolam renang. Semua jenis kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat bersemangat, dan Cik Anna yang menerima saya lebih teliti dan profesional, jadi saya tinggal untuk satu malam lagi. Kelemahannya, hotel ini telah menjalankan perniagaan selama bertahun-tahun, dan ia sedikit menua. Tiada tirai elektrik untuk tandas pintar, dan makan malam di lounge eksekutif agak asas.

Walaupun ia dibuka pada 2014, hiasannya masih sangat baru. Perasaan pertama memasuki bilik adalah keselesaan dan kemewahan. Terdapat episod kecil di tengah, dan dengan bantuan COCO, ia diselesaikan dengan sangat baik, dan ia hebat 👍. Perkhidmatan bilik juga sangat baik. Selepas makan sarapan selama tiga hari, ia adalah serupa, tetapi rasanya enak.

great city view from 28th floor, clean bedding , spacious bedroom and bathroom. l love all Sheraton style decorations but the hotel needs to renew especially the old and dirty carpet asap.

It was one of my best experience. Very near to the metro station, very clean room. And all the stuffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰)who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

I have already visited this hotel several times during my business trip and I can say that it is really wonderful without any negative points and I highly recommend it because the location, services, quality of equipment and breakfast is at a high level. My full recommendation .

What the hell happened in this hotel I still can't believe it! The location is clearly not convenient for having fun, you come here just for business I guess, the room was dirty and old. Air condition didn't work and in just one night all my family got a cold. We came here because of the swimming pool, confirmed with the reception before payment if the water was hot, they confirmed it at 12:00, I paid, at 16:00 we went to the swimming pool and the water was like ice. We waited one hour and none really helped, they just asked us to wait a couple of hours more. At 19:00 they asked us to try the water but we were already having dinner. What's the point to pay 900rmb for litterally just having troubles!!! I talked to the manager who barely spoke English and she looked like was her first day at school, she clearly didn't know what to do, she didn't offer any kind of solution or compensation (never happened to me before). How is possible Marriott leaders don't understand how to manage an hotel??? It was the first time in 10 years in China for me to be treated like that. Congratulations you won! I often travel and stay in Marriott hotels during my trips, in some of them managers are like friends, they often give me small gifts and I have access directly to the lounge bar. But this time I got so disappointed that I won't consider Marriott anymore. In conclusion, I left the day after and went to Hilton hotel spending just 450rmb with super service, free drop off at the railway station, welcome gift, super nice and clean room and a robot delivering the water to the room. Hot and cool air condition working perfectly. It's not difficult, you just need to know how to do your job!!!
