An average business hotel. The staff did provide the necessary services but are very impersonal. Room is big and tidy though.

The Hotel is a bit old but very well maintained. Location is excellent with a great view across Yangtze river. I make my morning walk and buy some breakfast. Many restaurants nearby. The service is excellent with very quick check in and out.

We had a great stay, the staff was amazing and most were able to speak simple English which made everything smooth and pleasant. Special thanks to the reception staff big mention to Camille Liu, you have a great personality and made us feel comfortable ❤️❤️I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely go there again

Stayed 8 nights , good breakfasts and lounge room dinners , lady Maple gave us excellent services, helped us to find many good locations to enjoy the trip; Executive Chef Du made delicious foods for the morning buffet and club lounge , both restaurants provided us great services.

Nice hotel of course for the price high scale. Friendly staff but need to understand a joke at the front desk .. good breakfast but limited basic or standard restaurants for evening meals. Have to go out and search and location is not directly near anything, but go to the "Tanhualin" area and you will find some reasonable and varied choices. Colleagues facing the river enjoyed the Wuhan Yangtze River Building light show!

We got a free upgrade to a full river view room , The staff is very friendly and helpful, our mandarin is not good but they are always willing to help. Breakfast is great too with varieties, you can choose to eat whatever you want, overall it is a lovely stay!

This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.
