I had a fantastic stay at Wuhan Xinua VOCO hotel. The front desk staff were highly professional, well-trained, and incredibly welcoming. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to Hankou city center and within walking distance of Xuesong Road Food Street, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel seems to have undergone recent renovations, as all the facilities are modern and well-maintained. It truly offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan!

The hotel staff was very good and specially the executive lounge staff was very polite and very professional.

My stay was not that good need to improve on breakfast varieties and service staff should improve.

Every time l go to Wuhan on business, I will stay at Xinhua VOCO Hotel.I am satisfied with both the professional level of the staff and the hotel facilities. Especially the hotel's front desk Susie and Byron, who is proficient in business, the short check-in process, and his caring greetings to the guests, I can really feel his sincerity and feel at home.

Very nice room and very good service

great place, close to food street, . Great staff, great room cleaning, a bit expensive breakfasts, although there are hundreds of cafes nearby! You can barely hear the trains, but it's very quiet at night.

Jung Vincent Paris is very good

One of the few hotels that accepts foreigners. During my short stay I was very happy with the service. One of the hotel receptionists named Fay was very helpful and guided me through out the process of booking and my stay there. Hotel is in a great location next to a food street, a metro station and many other places. The room was very clean and everything else was on point. A minor inconvenience is that you cannot connect to the TV via HDMI or any other way, so you only have the option of viewing channels available there. All Chinese channels except for HBO. Overall experience was great, unfortunately I did not have the time to check out any other facilities the hotel offers.
