Extremely noisy, a terrible hotel. The decor is old and there's a musty smell. If you open the window, it's loud; if you close it, it's stuffy. This hotel seems to assign rooms based on the booking platform. If you book through platforms like Ctrip, they give you awful rooms. We were with our child and got a room right by the elevator. That wasn't even the worst part; the most ridiculous thing was that the room also faced the road. There's no way you can get a deep sleep at night with all the honking. I will definitely not be returning. Avoid this place like the plague.

Professional service and great value: This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very professional. Excellent amenities including a gym and sauna. Its proximity to Wanda Mall makes it very convenient for shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was also awesome. The complimentary photography session and the robot delivery service were impressive "extras" that made the stay memorable.

The New World Hotel offers incredible value for money. It has a fantastic gym and a swimming pool, and the rooms even come with bathtubs – perfect for a relaxing soak after a workout! The breakfast buffet is extensive with a great variety of options.

This hotel is really great! I thought it was an old hotel, but when I got to my room, I realized it had just been renovated. The facilities are excellent. The service is also superb; the front desk staff were warm and patient, which was very comforting. The location is right in the center of Wuhan, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Made a last-minute decision to travel to Wuhan, booked my flight and hotel quickly through Ctrip. The hotel is in a very lively area, and both the service and facilities are excellent. Any issues I had were communicated and resolved promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

I had an early high-speed train at 6 AM, so I specifically requested a late check-out until 3 PM. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming. I'd stayed here before; it's really close to Wuguang and Guoguang, and K11 is right downstairs. It's perfect for both vacations and business trips. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch!

I had originally booked a triple room but changed it to two standard rooms upon arrival. I thought I had canceled the original booking, but I hadn't actually confirmed it. I didn't notice this during checkout in the morning. On my way, the hotel called to inform me and helped me process the refund. Thank you so much! We love you! This was my second time in Wuhan. Although it was just a stopover this time, the city of Wuhan is truly endearing with its wonderful culture. I'll definitely be back next time.

I highly recommend this Hampton by Hilton! The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, offering local Wuhan delicacies like hot dry noodles and Doupi, all fresh and delicious. The rooms feature a wet/dry separated bathroom, and the Peter Thomas Roth toiletries feel luxurious. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin. The 24-hour gym is fully equipped, and there's a free laundry room with washer and dryer facilities. Every detail shows thoughtfulness, making for a truly comfortable stay!

The Deluxe Room is much larger than the Superior Room, which I was very pleased with! 👍
