The Wassim Hotel offered free shuttle service for picking up at the Wuhan Tianhe International Airport upon my arrival around midnight! Good customer service and attitude! Hotel also provide with authentic Wuhan style breakfast including signature WUHAN dry noodles! The only pity thing is the location that is neither not close to subway station nor nearby any shopping mall! It seems good maintenance from the outlook of hotel!

We booked this hotel because we had a early flight the next day and it was close to the airport. Trip discount was much appreciated! They provided free airport transfer which made our stay stress free. The room we had was really spacious and nice. A small table for work or eat a snack and a lounge chair to rest without messing up the bed was extra luxury without the added cost. Definitely would stay again!

Although there is no subway or bus station within walking distance, the hotel shuttle service is available any time to take you to or pick you up from the nearest subway station.

I was on late flight and arrived past the hotel pickup service. Took a taxi there and found myself stranded outside the main road. Food was good. Staff were very helpful to help me locate a telecom provider for a local SIM card.

Clean room, nice service, good breakfast. 15 minutes driving to Tianhe International Airport, 3 minutes driving to the Subway station, on-site restaurant available. The only complaint is that no TESLA power station available onsite or nearby currently.

Good hotel and give free pick up. All you need is to inform them as you land because they take 20-25 minutes to pick you after you will inform them. Overall good experience
