Hotel berhampiran LIANG PIN PU ZI ZHONG NA ER DIAN, Wuhan

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

Ia sangat sesuai untuk membawa anak-anak sebagai pilihan hotel terbaik untuk pelancongan budaya mendalam di Wuhan. Sebagai Wuhaner, saya sangat gembira kerana sebuah hotel dengan bangunan bersejarah yang berabad-abad akhirnya muncul di kampung halaman saya. Reka bentuk hotel sangat bagus! Reka bentuk pintu masuk di tingkat pertama penuh dengan kemodenan, dan ruang istirahat di lobi penuh dengan aksen Eropah kuno, berwarna-warni dan harmoni. Reka bentuk bilik adalah perlanggaran kesederhanaan moden dan zaman kuno. Pada waktu malam, saya dapat melihat pemandangan sungai dari kejauhan dari balkoni yang besar. Mendengarkan ketepatan masa menara jam di Wuhan, angin sungai bertiup. Apabila saya memejamkan mata, saya merasakan bahawa saya kekurangan segelas wain. Haha! 酒店是新開的。房間大小和價位也算匹配（反正就是很小）。酒店瀰漫著一股甲醛的味道，太新了，直到離店身上都是甲醛味道。 早餐品種很少，烤麪包機還是壞的。 但是酒店有洗衣機健身房咖啡機（咖啡機沒有冰塊）。 這間酒店還好的原因是： 1.地段超級好。酒店建築背面有好多格調很好的飲食店，酒店離步行街很近。 2.酒店有停車場，對自駕太好了！但是因為是市中心，停車場使用不是很方便。但是能停車這點太好了，之前定了旁邊白玉蘭酒店，就是因為沒有停車位我們才換的。 以後還會考慮入住，畢竟位置很好+可以停車，而且以後應該甲醛沒那麼重了。

The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal. The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Marco Polo Hotel exhibited exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to cater to any needs or inquiries. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone did an outstanding job, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable. Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

Great location, affordable price, large room with sofa and working desk. Room cleaning is done promptly. Front desk is efficient. Would stay here again. Construction is going on in front of hotel, but the noise doesn't reach my room. Remote volume button doesn't seem to work.

Location is good, just outside a line 2 metro station and not far from JiangHan Rd pedestrian street. Room is spacious and clean. Stayed on 10th floor and it has unpleasant smoking smell. Noisy air conditioner. Table lamp has no bulb, not sure if it is working. Sometimes there's no TV reception, especially early in the morning. When check-in, room is without coffee and safe box is without battery. Room service personal is very helpful and kind to supply us many bottles of water.

A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by ”xiao du”. Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

The hotel had great modern facilities. The gym has old cheap equipment. However the staff weren't accommodating. The staff didn't know how to interact with international travelers. The staff's problem solving skills and accountability were evidently not existent. This isn't normally seen throughout my other stays.

The hotel has lots of things to offer, a very cozy and smart room with basic equipment and needs. They have a delivery robot for take-away. I am also impressed with the free laundry service that they have. The breakfast was so delicious and lots of options. Great stay and I will definitely going back when I am in Wuhan. Lastly, the staff was very nice and they tried to help me out with the special check out time that I asked from them.

一行十人我選個看日出的酒店來跨年，沒想到真的找到了。民宿挨着木蘭湖，真有一種面朝大海，春暖花開的感覺。孩子就在酒店附近都能玩的很開心，解放老母親，打水漂，盪鞦韆，親水平台……很適合親子出遊。 民宿內部裝飾也都很有品質，很温馨。自動窗簾+投影，科技感十足。 男老闆的手藝也很不錯，飯菜非常可口，根據我們的需要定製中晚餐。推薦烤魚和鍋仔，早餐的麪條也很好吃，口味也很適合孩子。 最主要的是價格太太太公道了，比隔壁某民宿便宜200+，性價比非常高。節假日都是這個價格，太良心了。大家都説暑假還要來，可以直接淌水玩。
