Ulasan Wuhu Garden Lake View Hotel (Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street)

The hotel's location is fantastic, directly across the street from Mirror Lake Park, and surrounded by snack streets. The facilities are a bit dated, and the room lighting is quite dim. Breakfast is very simple. However, at the price we paid, it was excellent value for money.

I really can't recommend this hotel. When I booked, I specifically looked for places that were newly renovated or recently opened. This one said it was renovated in 2020, so I booked it directly, but it was a huge disappointment. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strange smell. I booked two rooms, and the amenities in them were actually different. The electric curtains in the room wouldn't open at all. When I called the front desk, they told me they were probably broken and hadn't been repaired! How could they even give such a room to a guest? Coming back to the hotel at night, I found I couldn't connect to the internet. The staff then pretty much questioned my intelligence by asking if I had 'turned on the internet.' Plus, one light wouldn't turn on no matter what. I called for maintenance, and they came to fix it on the spot, only to tell me in the end that it couldn't be fixed. I felt like I hadn't booked a hotel, but rather came to supervise a construction site! Although they eventually moved me to another room, it also had various issues. The window in my parents' room wouldn't close at all, but since we had already unpacked our luggage, we just made do for one night. The breakfast the next day was also ridiculous. It was in a very small area, and there was basically nothing to eat. I left feeling completely unsatisfied.

AMAZINGGGG HOTEL!!!! It’s gorgeous! The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL! I travelled with my partner and the lady (night shift) at the front desk was super helpful with EVERYTHING! We had problems with refrigerator and they changed for us immediately! They also upgraded the room to a bigger room for us for the first day which was amazing! If you are in Wuhan, don’t hesitate to stay here! We LOVED it here! The room was awesome and the view was amazing. Super comfortable and not to mention the toilets were smart toilets so it was very comfortable! Than you Lakeview hotel for everything

It's a great location in Wuhu not far from all of our transportation needs and places we wanted to visit.

It's OK, it has some retro feel, but after all, it's old, so there are dirt and hair on the carpet and drains, but for this price and such a big room, it's not bad. It's worth a try. There is a safe and some things that you can see in old movies. It feels different from other hotels. The room is large and the soundproofing is very good.

As for the shortcomings, I stayed in this hotel a few years ago. At that time, I thought the room looked too old and the hygiene was not good. I haven't stayed there since. This time it was because the hotel I wanted to book had no rooms, and I saw the Garden Lakeview Hotel again. It said it was renovated in 2020, and I thought it would be better than before. But I found that the carpet was still the same as before, and it had basically not been washed. There are holes in the bed cover, and the shower room also has black traces of age. I will not stay there again!

This is the worst hotel of my trip, bar none. The attitude of the service staff is extremely bad. It was very difficult to carry my many luggages. The security guard was also the doorman. He didn't help me when he saw it. He just looked at me. The attitude of the front desk was also bad. It's not good. Don't let the hygiene be too dirty. The bed is dusty and there are bugs in the bathtub. I boiled it with boiling water. I'm still itchy after washing. Many facilities in the room are broken. The door to the balcony is broken. etc. I'm about to check out. The person who just came here repaired it. The room smells really bad. I need a deposit of 300 to check in. I didn't use it in the luxury hotels that cost more than 700 before. How dare you provide such poor facilities? And the lighting is super dark, completely different from the picture. I drank half of the free bottle of water. It feels like the last person checked out without cleaning up. The variety of breakfast is even less pitiful. I will not stay here a second time. Too bad.

Some of my classmates came to Wuhu and often stayed at this hotel. The location is right next to the beautiful Jinghu Lake. It is convenient for travel and transportation. There are delicious Wuhu snacks everywhere. Spacious and bright, especially the decoration is my favorite style, the lady at the front desk is very beautiful and very warm and thoughtful! I will stay here again in the future 😁😁😁
