"This is not the first time I have stayed here. Although the decoration was done earlier, the hardware and service are OK. The staff is also very polite. When they saw that we brought children, they helped us get children's products. There is only one thing to say. The design of the hot and cold water faucet in the shower room is not very user-friendly. Everyone is used to turning on the hot water on the left and the cold water on the right. This is a simpler way that will not cause misunderstandings in understanding and operation. The faucet in the hotel is quite strange. You must turn on the cold water first, and then rotate it clockwise to turn on the hot water. When turning it off, you must rotate it counterclockwise. First, the hot water stops, and the cold water will not stop. You have to continue to rotate it counterclockwise until it is turned off. In this way, every time you turn off the water, you must go through the process of hot water to cold water. It's okay in summer. Now when the temperature is not too high, you must experience a cold water shower before turning off the water. The experience is not good, and this is also a waste of water."

"First off, the hotel's facilities are excellent, the room was great, and cleanliness was impeccable. They even gave us a souvenir upon check-out, which was a nice touch. However, I personally feel there are some issues with the operational team. Firstly, the room lacked a laundry hamper, so there was nowhere to put dirty linens. Secondly, the automatic curtains didn't close properly and needed to be manually adjusted. Thirdly, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, and the chef seemed to prepare the dishes quite carelessly. The bacon was deep-fried and chewy, and the breakfast sausages were also deep-fried, looking unappetizing and lacking juiciness. The noodle station didn't display its options clearly; I could only see a few toppings. I only realized there were rice noodles after I had already ordered regular noodles. Moreover, aside from the greeter, I didn't experience any other service or greetings, which is not what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. I hope management takes these points seriously."
