friendly personal, rooms are okay for the price, beds are maybe a liiiiittle bit small, but still okay. would come again :) there's a supermarket right across the parking place and there's free parking, too

This review does not refer to the hotel, but only to the restaurant in the hotel building. The hotel is located at the end of a rather densely built residential street with chaotic parking conditions. The hotel does have its own parking lot and a small parking garage, but even this fills up quite quickly, especially when large family gatherings are held in the restaurant. The rooms of the restaurant can be found by passing through some rather confusing and winding corridors. The ambience is a bit old-fashioned. The service is not really professional, which you notice during the whole stay. Even the payment process only works reasonably promptly if you intercept your waitress at the billing computer. You have to wait a long time before you get the chance to reorder drinks. So you sit for quite a long time in front of empty glasses. But now to the main thing: food. Various schnitzels are offered with French fries and a side salad. The salad is okay, but the schnitzel not at all. The meat is dried out, the breading has a consistency that corresponds to that of frozen products. The whole product is too salty and not really edible. Thus, several guests ate the schnitzel only in part. And this was not noticed by the waitress. It was also not asked at all whether the food was okay. The fries, on the other hand, were edible. A very long time ago, this was a recommendable restaurant where many locals liked to eat.

Wir waren 138 Personen und verbrachten 3 Tage und Nächte in diesem sehr schönen Hotel. Wir speisten 2 Abende im Hotel und einen Abend im Historischen Bürgerhaus Langenberg in Velbert mit Catering vom Hotel-Restaurant. Alle Speisen waren einfach sehr geschmackvoll. Das Personal und der Küchenchef waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer im Hotel waren modern eingerichtet und verfügen auch in den oberen Etagen über Fenster zu öffnen. Der Sanitärbereich war ebenfalls modern und verfügte über eine ebenerdige Dusche. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Très movaise expérience ! À l'arrivée on nous demande un supplément de 15 euro par chambre (5 chambres) ! On nous explique où ce trouve les petit dj. On été 9 personnes mai on allait pas tous prendre un petit dj les matin. Arrivé au petit dj on nous demande le numéro de chambre ce qui est normal. Mai d'office ils nous facture 2 petit dj. Donc à la fin on nous vole 5 petit dj (5 x 23 euro ! ) et on nous explique qu'il fallait annuler à l'avance ceux qui prenez pas ! Après ma chambre n'a pas été nettoier une seule fois sur 4 jour ! Le sauna en panne 1 jour sur les 4, et la cabine infrarouge fonctionnait pas du tout. Et le personnelle en vue des petit dj très désagréable. Une chaîne d'hôtel qu'on fréquentera plus jamais !

We were attending a wedding party in Düsseldorf with other friends and we just picked this local hotel because it was convenient but we were surprised to see that bit only it was super clean and comfortable but gorgeous too. Their restaurant which we used for breakfast was situated in trees and stream passing by. Very cute and quality of food and variety was great. Very friendly people at counter and kitchen and all over I definitely go back and recommend it if you are not 1st time tourist visiting the town.

PPengguna TetamuHotel geboekt bij Hotelspecial met een zwembad.Bij aankomst bleek dat het zwembad gesloten was. Dit was niet vermeldt op zowel de site van Hotelspecials.nl als de website van het hotel. Ze wijzen met de vinger naar elkaar maar nemen geen verantwoordelijkheid. Zijn afgescheept met een kaartje voor de zweefbaan. Tevens kun je overdag en s/avonds geen gebruik maken van de lounche (om wat te drinken) ivm. geen personeel. Er stond een automaat waar je drinken uit kon halen. Zelfs een kop koffie was met veel pijn en moeite te krijgen. Het enige positieve is een mooie kamer met goede bedden en een goed ontbijt.

PPengguna TetamuWe were going to the euros and saw this hotel for £100 per night. In places like cologne they were charging near £300. Right away the price of this place was good. The lady on reception was friendly and told us all the information we would need and explained the night entrance to us very well. We were also promised twin beds in the room and we were given them. The breakfast at €20 pp is a scam so we avoided that as there are plenty to places to eat and drink in the area. The room was basic but it was clean and spacious enough. The beds were comfy and it also has a tv (only German channels but it’s expected really.) The toilet has an adequate shower. They leave free water and glasses in the rooms too. Overall this is a good hotel that does the job for a few nights at a great price during a major tournament. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

PPengguna TetamuDas Personal war super freundlich, man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass man sich am Kaffeautomat bedienen kann und zudem täglich eine flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer gestellt bekommt. Ach und: Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar.
