Zimmer sehr klein und zweckmäßig, sehr sauber, tolle Matratzen, Kissen leider sehr dünn, kleines zweckmäßiges Bad, sehr sauber. Frühstück war ok, Wurst schlechte Qualität, freundliche Angestellte, hervorheben möchte ich Frau Rosenberger - bleiben sie so wie sie sind- super freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit und den Kollegen (Namen leider vergessen, Herkunft Marokkaner sagte er) auch er sehr sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder und werden das Hotel auch gerne weiterempfehlen

What a great little hotel! I stayed here for 5 nights in October. My room was good for a single person. It might be a tighter fit for 2. My room was tiny. The bed was quite comfortable, considering others I've slept on in Germany. The pillows were pretty good. a full length mirror, a TV, and a wire rack to hang clothes. I was OK with it because I didn't want to hang out in my room. No coffee maker, no refrigerator. My room was very quiet. The bathroom is one of those that has a shower in the corner. Not a separate shower. The floor gets wet no matter how you hard you try. The curtain just isn't big enough. Another annoyance. The bathroom light was on automatic, so if you rose in the middle of the night to use it (jet lag anyone)? the light turns on automatically super bright, like those at a football stadium. It's hard to resume sleep after that. Breakfast was included and it was a pretty good selection. The usual Euro fare, meats, cheese, etc. lots of bread, eggs, bacon, and a wide selection of cereals. There is a bar there, though small and they will cook a decent burger or quick food upon request. The Hotel is very new and clean. A younger crowd stays there, but it's not uncomfortable if you're older. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. They spoke English well and I heard other languages also. It is within walking distance of the Old Town although its a longer walk so be prepared. Lots of restaurants and other things to do and see are also within walking distance. Wurzburg is a beautiful city and you could do a lot worse than the Moxy.

This is our go to hotel when we are travelling from the west to the south of Germany, which we do quite regularly. In the many times that we have stayed here, we have never once had a negative experience. When travelling with our children, it is the up most importance to us that our children are also welcomed and accommodated for. The staff are always friendly, there is a children’s corner provided and a big bonus is that the car park is just across the road. The location is very good, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the city centre, even with kids dragging their feet after a long drive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Family rooms are available. A delicious buffet breakfast (including waffle machine) is enjoyed with a fascinating view of the old harbour. Top hotel, would always recommend.

Tijdens onze reis naar Saalbach Oostenrijk zijn we hier gestopt voor een overnachting. Dat viel zeker niet tegen! Ontzettend hartelijk ontvangst, prachtig hotel met prettig parkeren voor de deur. Kamers zijn zeer ruim en schoon. Bij aankomst gegeten in het gezellige wijn / koffie barretje van het hotel. De lekkerste taart gegeten. Het ontbijt was ronduit grandioos! Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Wir haben mit unserer Gruppe (20 Personen) sehr schöne Tage im Belle Maison verbracht und sind hinterher genauso begeistert wie die große Mehrzahl der Gäste vor uns. Zum Ort: Werbach liegt inmitten schöner Landschaft im Taubertal, einer idealen Gegend für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Wir haben das nahe gelegene Tauberbischofsheim mit seiner mittelalterlichen Altstadt und seinem modernen Fechtzentrum besichtichtigt, waren überwältigt von der nahegelegenen Gamburg, und Würzburg ist auch nicht weit. Zur Lage: Das Hotel liegt am Ortsrand an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Zum Haus: ”Ein Traum in weiß” außen, äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet innen. Zum Zimmer: Wir hatten ein wunderschön geräumiges Zimmer mit großem und modernen Badezimmer, alles in bestem Zustand. Das Frühstück: Alles was das Herz begehrt. Außerdem: Getränke in 2 Kühlschränken zur Selbstbedienung und vor allem eine bestens aufgelegte und gastfreundliche Chefin

PPengguna TetamuNeues modernes Hotel in Laufweite zum Bahnhof das etwa 1 Km von der Würzburger Altstadt und 1,5 Km von der alten Mainbrücke entfernt ist. Das Hotel verfügt über ein gut ausgestattetes Gym und einen mit Loungesesseln und Pflanzen verschönten Außenbereich. Die Zimmer sind funktional, die Bäder verfügen über eine Walk-in Regendusche. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich, sollte jedoch etwas länger angeboten werden.

PPengguna TetamuWe reached the hotel about 2H before the check in time, which is not unusual for us. Sometimes, we are offered a room immediately on arrival, or are informed that OUR room would ready by such & such time. Nothing of this sort happened at Motel One Wurzburg. The first impression that we got was that we were at a Homeless Shelter & not a modern chain Hotel where we had a confirmed Booking. The receptionist (Eduardo) kept on repeating that we do not have any room, we do not have any room. NEVER did he once said that YOUR room is not ready at this moment, but it would be by 3 pm. Even when I came back for Checking in at 3pm he was in no hurry to allot me a Room. I had never felt so INSECURE in an Hotel before. I did not even knew that whether I will ever get a room or not. The hotel has a beautifully designed lobby & lounge, and it is situated at a very central location. It could have been THE Hotel to stay in Wurzburg because of its excellent pricing, but the apparent arrogance & complete lack of empathy towards the guests makes it the most undesirable place to stay in Europe.

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful hotel with an amazing view on Würzburg. Unfortunately the amenities and service are not what you would expect for such hotel. It starts with the hotel check-in, starting officially at 15. We were refused access to the room at 14:25, not because the room was not ready but because it was not 15:00 yet. I never experienced that anywhere else, especially not in a 4 stars hotel. Since we had to wait for half an hour, we sat at the café and ordered two cocktails. The terrasse is really beautiful. But for 10€ each our drinks were mainly ice with not much to drink. The waiters were nice but most of them seem lacking experience and everything took a really long time. Upon check-in we were also told that breakfast was until 10:30 latest and that we had to be done by 11 very latest as people were coming then for the Sunday brunch. Some stuff was already installed for the brunch in the middle of the breakfast and it made us feel we had to rush. The room itself was really nice except for the TV which had the size of a laptop screen and really bad quality. At least 15 years old. There was also mold in the shower. Overall a nice place but it needs some upgrading. Also for a 4 stars hotel there should be a better attention to the client. Currently definitely not worth the price.

PPengguna TetamuUns hat es gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer in 7. Etage hatte guten Blick auf die Marienfestung. Altstadt sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto durfte sicher für 12Euro pro Tag in der Parkgarage stehen. Fast alle MA an Rezeption, alle vom Zimmer- und Frühstücks- Service auffällig freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Hatten ein 2- Bett- Zimmer gebucht, dann ein Doppelbett- Zimmer erhalten.
Enttäuscht hat uns das inzwischen geschlossene Fitness- und Wellness- Areal. Wirklich schade und irreführend, dass in den Portalen z.T. in Bild und Schrift damit geworben wird.

PPengguna TetamuWell, one hostel had to be worst of my trip. I just wish it hadn't been quite SO bad. I could talk about their deceptive business practices. I could talk about the horrendous customer service. I could talk about the outrageous price. Instead I'll just say this. How on earth does a hostel only open their reception between 6pm and 8pm? You literally have two hours where you're allowed to check-in. Your train arrives at 4? Tough luck, gotta wait. Had a delay and arrived 8:30? Thanks for your money, but you ain't sleeping here. They don't even have a phone number in case any of their current guests have a problem. Lost your key or someone stole your wallet in the middle of the night? Good luck finding a bench to sleep on. They say it's because of covid, but covid exists in all of Europe. Are all the other hostels in Europe also closing at 8? Right, didn't think so. The reality is that this is because the manager is a cheapskate with zero regard for their guests.

AAlexJana57Die zentrale Lage ist der größe Vorteil und leider auch der größe Nachteil. Der Verkehr auf der Ringstraße vor der Tür ist wirklich viel. Bei geschlossenden Fenstern ist das kein Problem, bei offenen Fenster schlafen geht gar nicht. Dafür ist es in die Altstadt oder zum Hauptbahnhof (mit den dahinterliegenden Weinbergen) nur über die Straße. Das Zimmer/Bad erschien uns frisch renoviert und eingerichtet. Das Bett hatte eine neue Matratze. Insgesammt hat das Cityhotel eine saubere, helle und freundliche Ausstrahlung. Auch beim Empfang wurde wir aufgeschlossen und hilfbereit begrüßt.

Great attention is paid to cleanliness and protection from Covid. Staff provided clear instructions about the hotel, free WiFi, etc. The walk from the Hauptbahnhof was about 10 minutes but in a straight line, and it was very easy to walk from the hotel to historic sights, the city market place, and restaurants. A lovely, first stay in Würzburg. The woman who ran the registration desk and supervised the breakfast room was so gracious--a beautiful experience!
