酒店位置特別方便，距離五爺廟，文殊寺、黛螺頂等主要核心區寺廟非常近！自駕停車也特別方便，周邊超市飯店等一應俱全。房間面積很大、設施齊全還有喝茶茶台。這個季節房間裏面地暖充足！很暖和！早餐味道很好，每天不重樣！酒店還可以抄經靜心！店家還有專業人員給做旅遊攻略！真是太貼心了！以後來五台山再也不需要為找酒店而費心了！

客棧位置好，核心景區步行可達，很是方便。前台那位有老闆風範的美女服務專業周到細緻。房間裏有地暖，很暖和。客棧門口可以停車，左右旁邊也都是大型停車場，自駕不用擔心停車問題。住了兩晚，兩天三餐都是在客棧吃的，衞生乾淨味道也不錯，看着這乾淨的餐具心裏就踏實。推薦。

房間很好，寬敞明亮，就是在陰面不如陽面的房間能看到菩薩頂和黛螺頂的風光，客服態度很好，房間設施齊全，提供礦泉水，衞生也可以早上早餐15一位能吃飽，樓上有露台咖啡廳非常愜意！門口有停車場，這是最難得的！下次來還會入住這裏！

設施比較舊，而且有些東西壞了還放在客房使用。衞生一般的，掛衣架的木架不但會搖動而且擦一下都是灰。入住當天傍晚到晩上都房間裏冰冷，房間是早就預訂好的，因為太冷，請服務員拿了一個電暖器。前台不夠友好，我訂的雙人房有兩份早餐，本來吃一份，另一份想給住另一酒店的朋友吃，我其實房費都包含雙份早餐費的，但是前台不給，理由是早歺屬於贈品，住幾個人給幾份。但是我們住別的酒店遇上同樣情況都可以給雙份早餐卷。歺廳價格比較貴，一個炒三種蔬菜厥菜黃花菜少量台蘑88元，餃子一份48元
服務員工作不錯，態度較好。
酒店位置優越，岀行到中心區方便。

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room itself is amazing. Clean, neat and they provides so many amenities. The location is great, just next to bus station. The market is just 10 minutes away by foot.
The only thing that dissapoint me is the breakfast. The menu is quite boring and no western option like bread, white coffee (latte, capuccino) and pastries.

位置：在景區主幹道旁邊很方便，離五爺廟、殊像寺、塔院寺很近，附近有飯店、超市，特別方便
衞生：房間很乾凈，床品舒服，睡眠好
導遊：酒店合作的旅行社負責人張經理專業知識很棒，讓我們對佛教文化有了新的認知，講解的非常好👍

這次去有一些小插曲，客房部的工作人員很認真負責幫我們解決了問題。房間前兩晚住的確實有點糟心，好在第三晚還是不錯的，不過我們約了法會，早上5點就退房了。這幾年衹要去五台山就一直住這兒，雖然有瑕疵，不管怎麼説和其他酒店相比，還是很有優勢的。尤其是中餐廳的飯菜水準很高，點過的菜沒有踩過雷，道道都很好吃。早餐在大山裡的五星酒店種類算是多的了，就是我家娃超過身高了每次都要補交108，但實際上孩子年齡不大早餐衹能吃的下小半碗蛋炒飯和一根腸，趕上有一天是黑乎乎的炒飯（不知道什麼名字）味道一言難盡，連兩口都沒吃下去，衹喝了一碗白粥。對於孩子的早飯量，108算是天價了。另外，早餐一直沒有豆漿，對於不愛喝牛奶或是喝牛奶會腸胃不適的小朋友是個問題，咖啡茶葉喝不了，熱飲就衹能喝白開水。早餐對於我家來講，有點雞肋有點浪費。總之這次3天的入住，客房部的積極對應值得肯定，和前幾次來住相比，雖有遺憾但瑕不掩瑜吧。明年再來五台山依然還會選擇棲賢閣入住，望酒店加強前台工作人員的業務能力管理，在有選擇的情況下，根據客人的切實需求安排合理位置的房間。

SSuibozhuliu～suiyueran先說結論，花卉應該是五台山性價比最高的酒店（民宿沒住過不知道上下限差異太大，並且沒有統一管理標準），比這裏乾淨設施好的都比花卉貴，比它便宜的都沒有它乾淨和舒適，包括房間大小！
在此專程感謝前台的白姐姐幫忙升級房間，服務態度特別好，點贊！

PPengguna Tetamu民宿據南門十分鐘車程，中心景區半小時左右。景區有免費大巴士停靠，出入方便。到達那天老闆到車站接我們。中間還送我們去鎮海寺、吃晚飯等，很熱情，有問必答。早餐的饅頭很好吃。第三天一早要去懸空寺，也安排阿姨提前幫我嗎準備早餐，感謝！

The room was very comfortable (and warm), and the location is very close to the tourist bus station (very useful for those coming from Taiyuan or Beijing by bus), as well as the main temple area in the central valley. There are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price was also very affordable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely I would stay here again!

PPengguna Tetamu一、老闆熱情隨和。房間乾淨衞生整潔，新裝修的禪意風格。秒出熱水。空調，馬桶墊，一次性洗漱用品都有。看見老闆親自打掃的🥰🥰🥰住的放心。老闆根據我們的進度給規劃行程。
二，景區必須提前預約車輛才可以進景區，提前聯繫老闆能幫忙約車。我們到的晚沒有約上車，辛苦老闆幫忙接送費，非常感謝😀😀😀民宿口有公交車直達每個主寺廟。很方便。
三，最喜歡户外露台可以聊天，還有大茶台喝茶抄經非常好。
民宿附近吃飯也方便。是一個旅遊度假村。借老闆的小電動車到梵凈裏看無人機。給我們吃自己家的玉米很甜。😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

PPengguna TetamuOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel.
Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.

SSupieBasic accommodation with comfortable beds but no tv. For the price, it’s a good deal. Location is a little bit of a walk to the main street but manageable. However the road was under construction and pretty messy (Mar 2024). Lovely family running the biz and provided great support including getting a local guide. Wonderful home cook meals for dinner.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is right next to the green bus station and only couple of bus stops away from main attractions. It has shops around. The whole town and the street it is on is being renovated and it is very dusty. The hosts were eztremely helpful and nice. Cleanness left to desire better, but I told the hostess and they did their best to fix the issue. The whole place is old and in need for renovations, but service is very good, hosts really go out of way to help.
