這是一個被藝龍集團收購的酒店，屬於連鎖所以我們入住也比較放心，旺季所以能訂到這個價格酒店還是新裝修的覺得很開心，酒店寫着24年新的裝修，一開始擔心有甲醛，後面入住一點沒奇怪味道，晚上休息也很安靜，房間空間敞亮。 環境：新裝修的都很好，吹風機也好用👍 服務：重點説下服務他們家幾個小姐姐都好熱心，我們上山早早退房，下山後又回來休息一下準備離開五台山，小姐姐幫我們主動倒水，到咖啡哦，水果也是免費吃的總體讓我們都感覺很好。 酒店位置就在上山停車場旁邊的 ，進山公交車也在不遠處坐。 總體五星好評 ，畢竟出遊體驗感最重要，服務行業服務大過一切。 下次再來還會住這裏。

這次旅行中有幸下榻這家旅店，體驗非常愉快，讓我不得不來分享一下。旅店的位置非常便利，就在高速公路下來不到一公里的地方，對於駕車旅行的遊客來説，簡直太完美了。而且，旅店有自己的停車場，停車非常方便，不用為找車位煩惱。一進門，老闆娘的熱情接待就讓人感到賓至如歸。她不僅迅速幫我們辦理了入住手續，還詳細介紹了旅店的設施和周邊環境，讓我們對這個地方一下子就熟悉了起來。説到房間，我必須特別提一下。房間間出乎意料地大，佈置得非常舒適，讓人完全可以放鬆下來。而且，房間內配備了空調，無論是炎熱的夏天還是寒冷的冬天，都能保證一個舒適的室温。最重要的是，旅店提供24小時熱水供應，這對於我們這些旅行後渴望一個熱水澡的人來説，簡直是太棒了。總的來説，這家旅店的性價比非常高，無論是服務、舒適度還是便利性都給我留下了深刻的印象。下次如果再來這裏，我一定會再次選擇入住，並且也會向朋友們推薦這個地方。

酒店在白雲寺車站旁，坐車去核心區殊像寺、五爺廟這些地方沒幾站就到了。房間很乾凈，因為帶孩子定的親子房，貼心的給孩子準備了個小玩偶，茶歇區的掛耳咖啡和紅茶都不錯，衞生間用的洗浴用品都不錯。換下的衣服可以交給老闆幫忙清洗，天氣好早上給，下午六點就曬乾了。老闆人很好，有什麼不清楚的可以提前諮詢她，以免踩坑！

這個5分給老闆，老闆人很好，幫我們聯繫車，第二天還升級了房間，話説老闆可以3人間放一個小鞋架，衞生間洗澡的地方裝了小物件盒在牆上，給客人放洗漱用品，3人間面盆下水道有反臭情況，房間有點潮，可能是那邊氣候的原因，五台山打雷特別響，有點怕人，房間建議放瓶裝礦泉水，這大桶有點浪費，我覺得也不能把剩得給其他客人用吧！小瓶水出門攜帶也方便。還是會推薦給身邊的朋友，房間不大 出門還比較方便，離中心景區不遠，做景區公交就可以，免費的

這次去有一些小插曲，客房部的工作人員很認真負責幫我們解決了問題。房間前兩晚住的確實有點糟心，好在第三晚還是不錯的，不過我們約了法會，早上5點就退房了。這幾年衹要去五台山就一直住這兒，雖然有瑕疵，不管怎麼説和其他酒店相比，還是很有優勢的。尤其是中餐廳的飯菜水準很高，點過的菜沒有踩過雷，道道都很好吃。早餐在大山裡的五星酒店種類算是多的了，就是我家娃超過身高了每次都要補交108，但實際上孩子年齡不大早餐衹能吃的下小半碗蛋炒飯和一根腸，趕上有一天是黑乎乎的炒飯（不知道什麼名字）味道一言難盡，連兩口都沒吃下去，衹喝了一碗白粥。對於孩子的早飯量，108算是天價了。另外，早餐一直沒有豆漿，對於不愛喝牛奶或是喝牛奶會腸胃不適的小朋友是個問題，咖啡茶葉喝不了，熱飲就衹能喝白開水。早餐對於我家來講，有點雞肋有點浪費。總之這次3天的入住，客房部的積極對應值得肯定，和前幾次來住相比，雖有遺憾但瑕不掩瑜吧。明年再來五台山依然還會選擇棲賢閣入住，望酒店加強前台工作人員的業務能力管理，在有選擇的情況下，根據客人的切實需求安排合理位置的房間。

PPengguna Tetamu衞生：很乾凈 環境：與店鋪展示的照片一樣，非常好。 地理位置真的特別好，而且這不是最主要的，最主要就是老闆特別的熱情。有什麼事情都過來幫忙。我們剛到五台山的時候，訂了許多的蠟燭，老闆熱心過來幫忙核對數量！而且老闆真的很好，沒事過來送點水果，還送來觀音洞的泉水🙏🙏出門在外，感受到了家的温暖，其實這些都不是老闆的工作職責之內的事情。剛開始在網上看到他家評分比較高，這回我理解，為啥他家評分高了？一個好的生意，絕對離不開老闆的用心經營。他家地理位置本身就特別佔優勢。但在這種優勢的基礎上，人家老闆又很用心的在結交每一個到店居住的遊客，這樣的店家不可能生意不好做，👍來年我還會再來五台山，一定是直接光顧這家店鋪的。包括我們要離開這家店鋪的時候，老闆還一直陪我們等去機場的車。就是一家好的住宿，地理位置好，環境好，這些都是一個好店鋪，他該具備的條件，但是老闆他做了很多超出自己職責之外的付出，這裏麪細節太多了，萬分感謝老闆，也祝你家生意越來越好，越來越興隆。

It is about 500 meters from the famous concert hall.The hotel is well renovated with modern look.The place is clean. The staff comprise of a husband and wife team who are very friendly and helpful. It has a very good ambience for relaxation. Quite a few restaurants nearby which is quite convenient.

PPengguna TetamuOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower. The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly. The hotel is also close to the central bus station. The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were. She then helped us to get our partial redunds. And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong. She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away. So top marks for her customer service The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast ) We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel

SSoendoroWow , the boss is really great. I took a taxi directly from Taiyuan Wusu Airport but the taxi only stop at the Visitor Building. So I have to get into Green Bus to Dailuoding. The owner pick me up there. she is really nice. Definitely will go back to Wutai ( the place is absolutely amazing ) ❤️❤️

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel. Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too. Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price. The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel. Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park. Thumb up for the hotel services! Thank you! We have a great and memorable trip.

SSupieBasic accommodation with comfortable beds but no tv. For the price, it’s a good deal. Location is a little bit of a walk to the main street but manageable. However the road was under construction and pretty messy (Mar 2024). Lovely family running the biz and provided great support including getting a local guide. Wonderful home cook meals for dinner.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is right next to the green bus station and only couple of bus stops away from main attractions. It has shops around. The whole town and the street it is on is being renovated and it is very dusty. The hosts were eztremely helpful and nice. Cleanness left to desire better, but I told the hostess and they did their best to fix the issue. The whole place is old and in need for renovations, but service is very good, hosts really go out of way to help.
