前台有點拽啊。房間廁所沒紙，枱子上有沒收走的可能是搞衞生的毛巾（旨在提醒一下清潔阿姨多注意，不要追究責任，阿姨態度很好，很積極，馬上來拿走了）。按金一天了也不退，我打電話去詢問，告知我“已經退過了，我幫你查一查為什麼沒到賬”，掛了電話秒到，應該是忘記退了，忘記了無所謂，退了就行，但是不要撒謊。
