Hotel berhampiran GIORGIO ARMANI, Wuxi

Prefect and excellent customer service from front desk Mr赵 and Ms 向, they provide extra extra originally service by helping us to call taxi and pay thru their personal app, of course we payback to him 😊 The whole hotel staff are superb and friendly to provide any help if needed. We will come back again if we got chance to visit Wuxi. We feel warming with hotel service and fully recommended.

The hotel is located just at the West entrance of Jiangnan University. It's not a new hotel, but the restaurant is great, the natural beauty of the surroundings is extremely enjoyable, the staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms are ample and cozy. I always enjoy my stay there. It's ideal for solo runners.

很讚的酒店，性價比超級高！！！大廳有提供免費的咖啡、糖果跟餅乾，我訂的無窗的房間，前台主動幫我免費升級了帶窗的房間，服務真的很熱情哦！房間還有免費的小零食以及可樂，超貼心，早上坐在大廳的沙發上休息小姐姐還會倒茶水或者拿礦泉水、簡直太加分了😁附近什麼顯雲街八方滙海岸城簡直就是吃貨的天堂好嘛！吃喝玩樂一條龍絕絕子，贊贊贊贊贊

設施：很好，冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、洗衣液、涼衣架、簡易廚房等應有盡有！ 衞生：房間、被罩、衞生間都很乾凈： 環境：鬧市區，周邊超市、風味小食很多！ 服務：還行，閃住，退房，開票都很方便。衹是停車是收費的，晚上19點停進去，第二天早上9點離開，停車費17元，還能接受！

酒店乾淨整潔，房間很大也舒適，整個房間都是智能化場景，點睡覺、起床等會自動開關燈拉窗簾。前台接待的小姐姐都特別熱情，還幫忙推薦旅遊路線。還貼心地準備了小水果和送的飲料，實在是太貼心了。天氣熱，還特意準備了備用房卡，以防出門時空調關閉房間裏太熱。第二天的早餐也不錯，餐廳環境很好。

無錫山明水秀大飯店，地處蠡湖附近，綠樹成蔭；酒店雖然是四星級，但按照五星級管理；最令人印象深刻的是中餐廳，無錫菜很地道，價格適中；酒店大堂項經理待人和氣周到，前台客服待客熱情。我們在二個月內已經三次入住了。

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

清明節全家來無錫玩，定了2間房，環境不錯乾淨整潔，雖是老酒店但是佈置很温馨，也沒看到污跡飛蟲什麼的，服務人員和酒店經理都很熱情，提前要求給安靜點房間也調劑提供了，在清明這個賞花時間能做到這一點非常不容易！看到我們有小朋友不但送了小禮物還免了小朋友早餐費用，房間價格也很實惠，不像其他酒店，哪怕是快捷酒店也漲的離譜，自帶停車場不用擔心停車問題，距離周邊無錫博物院，南長街等景點都很近，去黿頭渚，惠山古鎮，蠡園等都距離不遠，相當於各個景點之間中心點的位置了，就離融創茂（樂園，海世界）那邊稍微遠點，不過融創茂也比較偏了 其他需要注意的問題就是衞生間小了點，然後不是淋浴房而是浴缸，介意這一點的可以提前網上買好一次性浴缸泡澡袋，但是清明在這個價位還要啥自行車，順帶一提我感覺早餐也是可以的，和同檔位比不差，而且對面就是商場吃的東西也多的

All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!
