因為是公寓，沒有天然氣，淋浴房的儲水衹能堅持15分鐘，這一點我覺得是硬傷。至於服務我完全沒感覺有服務，入住前沒有聯繫，當天下午3點到了樓下我自己聯對方才告訴我具體位置和怎麼入住。到達房間後衞生沒打掃，大概4點半左右才完成打掃，第二天帶孩子考級要晚於12點才回去，也是交涉了半天才同意免費延後到1點退房。當然有國慶節客流大等客觀原因，但也希望服務質量能隨着房價一起上漲。
