we stayed at grand kingtown for our family trip with kids and grandparents. we were very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is very clean. The stuff is super friendly. The location is very convenient to the nearby tourist sites. in particular, 范范宾客管家 provided really good service. definitely recommend families to stay here and will visit again.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable time at the Grand Kingtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was quiet and cool, and the bed was soft. I slept like a log. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, and situated close to the lakeside tourist area. Share bikes are nearby, but it’s a fair walk to the subway station.

This hotel is ideal for the business trips and tourism. The location is nearby with the Li Hu lake, a lot of parks and walking areas. If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. Also I am really appreciate for manager Mr Yang from this hotel for his support, he saved my bicycle and helped with the booking, and when I had a problem with my room immediately solved my problem. My best wishes, your hotel is my number 1 in Wuxi because of your staff, every time they are ready to help.

The room is huge compared to other hotels of the same grade. The breakfast is very good.

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

The Hotel is very nice, and the breakfast was also very good, it should provide a better english speaking personalle.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family
