This hotel is ideal for the business trips and tourism. The location is nearby with the Li Hu lake, a lot of parks and walking areas. If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. Also I am really appreciate for manager Mr Yang from this hotel for his support, he saved my bicycle and helped with the booking, and when I had a problem with my room immediately solved my problem. My best wishes, your hotel is my number 1 in Wuxi because of your staff, every time they are ready to help.

The room is huge compared to other hotels of the same grade. The breakfast is very good.

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

這次帶孩子來無錫參加無人機比賽，入住瑞庭西郊酒店，酒店設施不錯、風景優美、可以看到蠡湖，酒店經理小楊和他的團隊小許等人非常暖心，幫我們協調訓練場地、延時退房等等，真的很感謝他的貼心服務，下次來無錫還得住這個酒店，真心感謝🙏

設施：五星級酒店的標準。衞生：衞浴用品十分乾淨。環境：整個酒店讓人十分舒適的感覺。服務：從預訂後，酒店就安排專人來對接，從出行到入住，體驗感超級好，這裏要特別感謝下前台小陳，由於我們此次帶了一家老小，各種問題比較多，小陳都一一耐心回覆並解決，讓人體會到了家的感覺。

這次入住由於分幾次下單到達酒店時又正值會議入住，前台人員不厭其煩一起幫忙找尋訂單，由於我們希望房間儘量在一層面，前台楊康先生親自帶着我們一行在酒店空餘房間讓我們儘可能滿足選擇…其他劉小姐、吳小姐等工作人員也都非常認真熱情幫助我們解決問題…
