Got in late due to airline delays, the staff at 4 am was friendly and spoke English. This made the check in process easy considering we arrived late. Stayed for 3 nights and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a spacious hotel that’s within walking distance of things to do.

We enjoyed staying in the two bedroom apartment. The apartment is very clean and the furnishings are pleasing. We can walk to local attractions. Definitely will stay in the same hotel if we come to Wuxi again😃

Very nice hotel with themed room. Last minute book this hotel. Walking distance to Wuxi walking street. Definitely will consider if I visit Wuxi again

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

This hotel is so nice, good location, food and service. I really recommend it for a couple trip due to rooms are amazing and have a jacuzzi to relax

GOOD LOCATION NEAR NANCHANG STREET AND NICE VIEW~! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT IF HAVE ANY EVENTS THE STAFF CANNOT COPE. LOVE THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE ROOM - TOILET IS ABIT SMALL THOUGH, LIKE JAPAN.

This hotel is very suitable for family with kids. And the location is very convenient, walking distance to Nanchang Street. The breakfast is more to Asia Food, but less choices.

We had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊 The room was very spacious and clean and carries a line of toiletries that I am quite fond of🥰 The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost. Really wonderful experience!

Amazing western restaurant on 8f really big surprise for me … rooms quite big , modern decorated and clean . Stuffs very friendly and fluent English speaker . Highly recommended😇

Excellent hotel extremely convenient location

Fantastic stay at the lovely Rocase serviced apartments. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The service was impeccable, extremely polite and they even spoke English! They couldn't have been more helpful. The food at the buffet was good, though it's a small selection (as it is a boutique hotel, it's small in size). I would suggest perhaps varying a couple of small things in each day just to offer variety - even just the addition of another jam or cereal as well perhaps (although that's a very foreign thing). The restaurant staff were so lovely and went to all the trouble to take coffee orders, offer freshly made omelettes or wonton soup etc. one more suggestion for the serviced apartment would be to provide basic cutlery/plates in the room. There are wine glasses and tea making things, which is great, but no wine opener and nothing to put food on. Though if I was staying for more than a few nights I would buy my own, it's cheap. The location is fantastic, super close to Nanchang walking street, which I really enjoyed wandering around! Overall, great stay.
