I was at Xuelang on business and checked in after 9 PM. Demi at the front desk was very welcoming and attentive during my check-in, and even gave me a free upgrade – thank you so much! My stay was excellent in both the service and facilities, meeting the standards expected of an InterContinental. I'll be making a few more trips to Wuxi soon, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Wesker at the hotel front desk was very professional and efficient, skilled, and conscientious. The front desk environment was also elegant and clean, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. We experienced high-quality service during our visit and were very satisfied.

This is my second stay. The hotel is located in the new city, or more precisely, in the financial street. There are major banks and financial buildings nearby. It is very convenient to travel. There is a subway station outside the door, and the Coast City Shopping Center is 800 meters away. The hotel facilities are still very new. The gym on the 41st floor is great, with a swimming pool, strength training, and yoga room. This time I stayed on May Day. The hotel occupancy rate was quite high, and the service was also very good. Thanks to Angela and the front desk manager Zhang. I could basically see him busy for 3 days. He is very dedicated. Angela helped to properly arrange the room from the beginning of the reservation. I came to Wuxi for a 51-minute tour and chose Hualuxe to stay. The environment is good and the scenery is beautiful. The service of Miss Fuju at the front desk of the hotel is super nice. She patiently introduced the hotel facilities. Great! I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time.
