Super location and swimming pool, also the food was nice and the gym.

Great hotel and service, clean rooms and especially in rainy weather the more reasons to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Extra wishes were made possible prompt and quickly. Highly recommend!

Still building in the area, will be great in a few years. Not far from metro or major shopping malls. Good swimming pool!

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Overall decent service

整體還行，在這邊開會入住的，就是餐廳服務太差，作為一個高端品牌，早餐廳的服務有點不可思議，人坐在那邊聊天還在吃飯，服務員就來不停的收盤子，讓幫忙倒杯水也不願意。嚴重影響了入住體驗感。也是提個建議吧。

房間寬敞整潔，床品精美舒適，服務周到細緻，頂樓有健身房和游泳池，超大落地窗景色很美。早餐品種豐富，點了小餛飩和砂鍋皮蛋瘦肉粥，都是現做的，很美味，下次來無錫還住這裏。

第一次住華邑，感受太棒了。前台小姐姐服務周到，特別能洞察客户需求，非常貼心，這一點很多品牌大五星酒店都做不到。環境很漂亮，房間的床品很舒適。值得推薦。

我住過許多酒店，但這家酒店一定是我住過最好的之一。特別是前台的接待人員任開經理熱情友好，給人賓至如歸的感覺。在入住時，她還為我温馨詳細的介紹了房間，這讓我感到十分温暖和舒適。非常不錯的一次入住體驗。很不錯，下次如果還來的話還會選擇入住這個酒店的。

半夏Summer服務非常禮貌周到温暖。雖然酒店裝修比較久了，但裝修風格不顯舊，房間燈光洗浴設施使用操作方便舒適。因頸椎不好，對枕頭要求高，酒店有多種枕型可選，非常個性化人性化。

蠻好的酒店，到無錫各大景區都不遠，停車方便，房間寬敞乾淨衞生，酒店的歺廳的囗味很不錯，早歺品種也蠻多的，結賬開發票都很快。
